Niantic needs to be more far sighted beyond attempting to limit players to artificially create longevity. Also stop being so dogmatic with their game vision and start giving the players what they want. Remote raids in Pokémon go caused a huge surge in popularity, and now they’re whinging about it and doing everything they can to get rid of them. Also many LBG players are going to quit the game if they don’t allow gear rollbacks after the nerf. Biggest thing for me though is potions. What kind of company disincentivizes players from playing their game? And it’s created a situation where people feel forced to play ranged because they actually will get to play the game for longer. Many changes need to happen and it needs to start with Niantic’s own stubbornness!
@@EbiLMunkeY I guess the reason why I gave possibilities to what they would probably do vs what I would want is to kind of set my expectations low xD I know what company is behind the game and with what they have been doing with pokemon go and monster hunter now so far you can kind of see how things will fall into place when they incorporate more things. That is definitely one of the my biggest gripes with the game as well is why they would put potions behind a pay wall? I get that we get first aid meds and I guess the more we play the better we get so we wont need to use them, but then there is the argument of how can i play better when I lose all of my potions LOL! So yeah for sure there needs to be a lot of changes and adjustments to the game, we will see where it goes
The one thing I find to be difficult to keep playing is not being able to get to gathering points, I can hunt fine, but the tasks to gather items from gathering points isn't fun
I found that if you completely close out the game a short while after you collect, the points will sometimes “respawn”. I’ve been playing solely on WiFi in 2 locations and it’s made it much easier for me.
This game feels bizarre to me, as it feels like they did not take any lessons from Pokémon go. As a F2P player of these games it feels rough. Which is probably by design to try make me spend money but it feels so much worse then Pokémon go as a solo player.
I hope they will add Online Hunter all around the world so everyone will not get alone for hunt btw my local area no one is play so I am solo great sword master

I think there is definitely room for improvement for the items system. Carving knives for sure need to be a reward someway. Crafting in battle items would be nice too. As flying monsters waste a lot of time in the air. I would assume with the update that the new monsters will add new elemental weapons to those that are missing types. Like how there isn’t an ice element hammer right now. I also think they need to do something about the mid quest milestones. I don’t really like grinding out a bunch of random goals just to slooooowly make my way to the target monster. Especially when the sub goal includes rarer and rarer monsters. I just would like to unlock all the monsters so I can enjoy all of them. Rather then know that I’m being hate kept from Rathalos because a rare monster isn’t spawning anywhere I go.
Flying monsters have definitely been the bane of my existence so far with rathalos and rathian with me trying to reach with my Longsword 😂😂 And for sure! In their promo image there was a barioth armor set with a hammer so I would assume that would make it ice element hopefully! I would like more mid quest rewards as well! They do it sometimes but it would be nice to see it more consistently! And as for spawn rates as well it would be nice for some monsters to spawn in more locations than one or if they will continue do so maybe make their drops better since they are only in one location xD
You hit every concern I have with MH:Now. My only option is playing solo, since my main hunting party members are too far away. Also, certain monster mechanics don’t translate well to a 60 second time limit. *shakes fist at Diablos*

More events, community days, remote playing of some sort. I am up to 9*, but I don’t fight them. Currently there is no reason to grind up to that point. I was excited for zinogre but sad when I found out he’s only out for a few days and stuck behind a pay wall. Without spending, many people will only get 1 of his weapon/gear and maybe a few level ups and then thats it until his next release. Weekly events would be nice. Maybe a community day where for 1 hour everything goes to 1 biome and 1 guy, like Pokémon go. Definitely would participate.
After the event info dropped, I stopped grinding Ice Weapon, and played less, installed back RISE/SUNBREAK, played that again. Hunt-A-Thon is ironically a bad event to begin with, 3 hour per node hunt cooldown is harsh but Niantic gotta make money somehow.
Rewards every ten , except the example you showed 😂 I just hit 60 and got nothing, the only person I play with didn't get anything either. So might just be till 50 you get stuff

Did they change drops? I swear i got multiple scales in 1 slot on 1 hunt. But i never get to see it happen again Here are the changes i would like to see The palico- adventure sync feature only helps players who travel a lot. I prefer it to be like an idle collection feature instead. Weekly challenges- similar to dailies but for week-long, maybe harder task=better rewards Co-op- yeah i never met anyone playing the game around where i am

Stats boost for every 5 or 10 levels increased could have be a nice help to beating higher level monsters, especially when improving weapon and armor stats with materials can be so damn grindy. I also would definitely would love to receive some carving knives as a reward for questing or maybe 1 a week, every 20 Hunter Rank or something, it would make the difference when crafting.
Capcom is probably loosening up , they have another project in the works for December 20 ( Resident Evil 4), Have fun on Niantic's handling of MH NOW on their own 😆
Tbh…I feel that Hunting alone is faster due to lower health, most of the time I got invited to a hunt, I see the stars, 7 stars sure, less then that meh I do it myself If they wanna us to hunt together then please increase rare drop rates? AND PLEASE INCREADE STORAGE DANG IT!!!
This game need optimization, bug fixes and fix constant freezing issue and a lot of work in general i feel like this is early alfa content wise and performance wise
The issue is that people don’t seem to realise why exactly these monsters are event only. These are fan favourites, or unique/rare species. To keep it simple, Zinogre is in fact a fan favourite, so to keep people engaging to the game, they need to do something to not just rush it down get its weapon/armor and leave the game until the next update. This is a clever way to keep people looking forward to events and now we’ll have the huntathons from Friday, which will have only Zinogre on its launch. And honestly, it is good imo, and they did the same in PoGo with legendaries/mythicals and other unique pokemons with the raids.
I can definitely understand that! I just found it odd that they made this monster event only with the amount they advertised it! Just a bit weird that's all😅

They wanted to show that they give what people want/asked for, but giving the fact that it’s a location based game, it’s natural that you need to go out and look for huntathons. Plus Zinogre is guaranteed this weekend as the end monster
I agree. The game needs to be easier. Have the ability to have others do urgent quests for you. Have palicos and palamutes do half the work. Capcom needs to give us more items, armor, weapons and money for free. It needs to be dumbed down like MHRise.
My biggest issues with the game is the fact where i live i have really poor monster density and gathering points. I've not seen a Tobi for almost 2 weeks at this point. The gathering point are not too bad, just travel a bit more, its been doing wonders for my health but the monsters...We need a way to focus or increase the chance of certian monsters spawning. Another gripe is the small monsters, we have so many of them but they only drop 2 items. Make them drop small monster bones at least, and for balance make it a rare drop from them. Also rarity 2 mats do not exist...gotten most of mine from quests.
I agree that stuff needs to change with the game I got to Diablos at the end of the first week the game released, and I finally just beat the Diablo urgent last night just because I had good enough of luck with drops alone.
For me the biggest problem is to get grade 2 mats....they should have the 2nd highest droprate but it feels like i get grade 4 and 3 more often than grade 2...
Love your content always. My thing to complain about the game is where you stop getting rewards for increasing your HR levels. Like I already know for how high my HR is, when I get to that X 10 next level up, I'm like ok there's gonna be no item rewards or bonus, anything. I just keep on hunting.

Need a performance setting or a super low setting. I do not care about graphics and would love fps performance.

From what I have been hearing the first hunt or so you get double rare scales. I thought I was lucky but I noticed it was happening once per day

Right now until Wednesday night the first and second slot are double rewards so maybe that’s what happened?
Crafting, more range like 10% more range than rn and keeping hp normal in the huntathons is all that will keep me engaged at this point

With the event stuff they should just have it as a weekend rotation. Like Pink wrath , black Diablos, and zinoger.
