Pile 3. He recently lost his mother and his job. He has completely outgrown his marriage but hasn’t admitted it. It’s not a convenient time to divorce. I’m not sure he admits to himself how unhappy he is. He just got a new, better job, but really lacks confidence and energy. He has been trying to get me back into an affair almost a year after I broke up with him because affairs are insane. I’m going to see him next week. There’s still a lot of desire, but I don’t have much hope for more than a trip to adult Disneyland. We live in different states. I used to travel for work and see him.
