Gaia when you cook in a non stick pan use either a wooden spoon or a rubber spatula . You were using the fork to scramble the eggs and what will happen is 1. You will eventually ruin the pan and 2 . When you scratch the non stick surface and continue to cook on it you can release dangerous chemicals into the food. Also your English is wonderful. Keep it up. I love your balanced eating and good relationship with food 👍🏼

We actually do, we usually put oil, salt/pepper & vinegar… but I personally don’t really like it that way so no dressing for me🙈🥰

Actually in the north before the american troops arrived from the south in 1944, people didn't know what pizza was!! ( my grandma always used to tell me that, she had never seen a pizza before)
