ये मीठा तो है ही, लेकिन थोरा खट्टा, थोरा तीखा और बहुत चटपटा भी है. चाहे तो रोटी के साथ खाइए, या फिर चावल के साथ, या ऐसे ही चमच से ले के.

First I make its become sticky and hard. Then I make it again with your advise (not overcooked) and now it's become perfect. It become so tasty I make it third time. Thanks for your suggestion and sharing this amazing recipe.

I followed your recipe as is given but it turned out to be a stiff goey mess. When it cooled the sugary consistency became so sticky and hard.
I make it but after few hours its become hard and sticky. please tell me what I do?
Looks like you overcooked the sugar. You can reheat and dilute it with more sugar and melt it properly.

Any plastic or glass container. Store in a cool dark place. It wont get fungus
