Trying to Fix Fanny - Our Moosoo Robot Vacuum Cleaner

Fanny is our Moosoo Robot Vacuum Cleaner, and when I came back from a walk yesterday, she was dead. Upon testing, she was making quite the noise. So in this unprepared and hastily made video I get to the root of the problem. Will Fanny ever work again? Is it a good idea to take apart a robot?
