@@dannybronxny7189 we were able to get this suite while we were on site. We were initially staying in one of the swim up suites and asked the front desk if they had an ocean front property available. Lucky for us, this one was about to become available the following day, so we snapped it up for the second week of our vacation. Maybe you should try when you check in. Hello Ronald, thank you for watching my video and I’m glad that it has inspired you to seek out this very suite for you and your dearest. I would also recommend that, if financially possible, you definitely upgrade your booking to the diamond club at hideaway as that’s where that particular suite, 1401, is located. It would certainly enhance your stay especially with the included butler service who will make all your dinner reservations for you amongst an array of many other things. Without a dinner reservation, you can experience unnecessarily long queues, the one downside of the resort. You will absolutely love it at the Royalton and their coffee shop is on a par with some of the very best you may have frequented at home. You’ll see what I mean. How did you guarantee this room? I just booked and don't want to end up on the 1st or 2nd level.
@@nextlevelcraig we actually upgraded to it on site. You can guarantee the exact room/suite you like by contacting the Royalton directly either by email or by phone. I can tell you that even if you had an upper level accommodation, it wouldn’t be bad at all. That said though, you must make sure that you secure a pool or sea view room. Hope this helps. 👊🏾👊🏾

Hi there! My husband and I are scheduled to be at this resort this upcoming weekend for a friends wedding and then are staying for a few more days just to celebrate all God is doing in our lives and to have some me and him time since we are first time parents to twin 17 month old boys and this will be our first vacation just me and him since they have blessed our lives. Anywho we booked through a travel agent and got the Presidential Suite Ocean View as well as Diamond Club and all the bells and whistles I thought. But I havent been able to get good footage of the room etc., until I came across your video. Is the top level with the big jacuzzi and turf area standard for what we have already booked or do I need to request this specific room number when we arrive? Any suggestions would be amazing. You’re in for an absolute treat with this booking. Adding diamond club to your package will definitely enhance your stay especially when it comes to dinner reservations at your choice of restaurant every evening. As far as I know, they’re two presidential suites on the hideaway side and both have the rooftop jacuzzi’s and turf area as standard. We slept with our doors open just to allow the sound of the waves to caress our senses. It was bliss and it will be for you and your husband too. From the sound of your message, it would seem that God is truly blessing your lives and long may it continue! I’m so glad you found my video of the suite and it now has you biting at the bit to get there. I shot a few more of the complex and beach area, so that is my only suggestion for you. To check them out before you leave home to get a full feel of the place. My wife and I enjoyed our vacation there very much. Was this on the adults only side or was this on the family side? Im looking to book this exact room with the roof top jacuzzi as well.
@@andreamcdowell8315 hey Andrea, you’ll find this suite, 1401 on the Hideaway (adults only) side of the complex. There is a one across in the Diamond Club/ family section which you can just spot on the video when we’re on the roof. Thanks for watching. 🌹
Ok, for booking I'm just curious if all the presidential ocean view one bedroom suites were made with the jacuzzi on the top floor? How do we ensure we get the stairs. I've seen some of the presidential suites without stairs leading to the jacuzzi.
@@andreamcdowell8315 I’ve seen those too, but you have to be specific when booking. You can’t fail if you ask for suite 1401 with rooftop jacuzzi. xx
Is there a plug outlet upstairs on the rooftop?
@msekj4, great question! I honestly can’t say that I noticed as all we needed on that rooftop was our Bose mini sound bar which we charged downstairs every day. I’m almost certain I would’ve noticed though, but won’t bet my house on it. 😁

My wife and I were on the property for 14 nights, but upgraded to this suite for the last 7 nights. If you’re planning on visiting the Royalton, you’ll have an amazing time, which ever suite you choose. All the best. ☮️💜☯️
Is this the room that comes with your own private cabana? We visited this hotel a couple of times and the last time they told us that a certain cabana bed was especially reserved for people staying in the top class suites.
One side of me wants to save up so that I can upgrade to a presidential suite. But the other side knows that I could never afford it.
Hello Marieke, we stayed at the resort in October 2022 for 14 nights. Our first week was spent in a junior swim up suite in the hideaway section, (pool view) but we really wanted an ocean front suite and enquired about that possibility with the front desk. It just so happened that the presidential suite was about to become vacant, so we were able to snap it up for our second week at an additional cost of $1000USD. They were no special perks that included our own private cabana, but to be honest, we never asked and it certainly wasn’t offered. As we never really sit poolside, I guess it just didn’t occur to us to check that out. On the beach, we were able to obtain a cabana every time without a problem. The presidential suite definitely enhanced our vacation experience and was worth every dollar we spent on upgrading to it. You’ll always be able to make back a splurge at some stage, so always go for what you want. We’re here for this ride one time only‼️ Thanks for watching my video and engaging. Peace and love. ☮️💜☯️🌹
Is 1401 the last unit on the end or can you go past it and make a left and a right?
@msekj4, I can confirm that unit 1401 is indeed the last unit on the end as you see it. As you go past it, there’s just a great view of the pool area below. All the best. 👊🏾👊🏾

Hi there really impressed with the Presidential suite it looks absolutely amazing. We are booked to stay at the Hideaway Royalton Riviera in September next year we have booked our holiday through TUI are we have also booked the diamond class level but the Presidential suite wasn’t on the options when i booked the holiday last week ? How did you go about getttig that particular room and was it a lot more expensive than the normal Hideaway diamond class room ? Thank you 👍🏻
Hey Bhobby Bhoy, thank you for watching my video, I appreciate it very much. We too booked our stay with TUI and like yourself, The Presidential suite also wasn’t an option for us, or maybe I just didn’t notice it was. It was only while we were there that we decided to ask about upgrade possibilities and that suite just happened to be available. Got them to give us a tour then snapped it up immediately. We paid 1K US dollars for our second week. We only live once is how we saw it and it was absolutely worth every cent/penny in our book!! You should definitely go back to TUI re your booking and ask for the suite instead of what you already have. They will be able to sort it for you, for probably cheaper too! Well done for going diamond club also, that will enhance your holiday tenfold!! It’s amazing. 💥💥 Really hope you and yours have a fabulous time out there, we certainly did. The whole place is beautiful, especially the coffee shop. They serve up the best cappuccinos, lattes and espressos ever. Peace and love. 🥂 ☮️💜☯️

Hi my husband and I just booked the presidential but we just called and the lady said there’s no pool on the roof. How can we make sure we get that room specially?
Hey Kay, thank you for watching my video and reaching out. Yes, the lady you spoke with was absolutely correct, there isn’t a swimming pool on the roof. What you saw was a very large jacuzzi. It’s truly amazing and will enhance your presidential suite experience tenfold. Have a look again as I do explain what it is. OK...Please confirm if only the ocean front has the stairs to the terrace? I only see OCEAN VIEW as an option on the website? Is this ocean view or ocean front. The room category is ONE BEDROOM OCEAN VIEW PRESIDENTIAL SUITE......

Hey Starwicker38, yes, my video definitely features the ocean front suite. The ocean view suites also have stairs to the terrace and are also very nice too, but of course, ocean front is the icing!! Whatever you choose though, be sure to also book the diamond club package with it. Hope this helps. 👊🏾👊🏾

Even on the Main website it doesn't give the two options. Just the presidential suite. Now I did figure out that only the TOP floors have the stairs. I travel solo and 90% of my decision is based on the room. I don't even want this suite if it's not the top floor. I emailed reservations so we'll see. Again, thxs for getting back so soon 😎😎👍🏽👍🏽
