Watch Scarface here: • Scarface ('83)
In 1980 Miami, a determined Cuban immigrant takes over a drug cartel and succumbs to greed.
"come here man I gotta talk to you!"
"Hold on a minute, I'm playing basketball with 40 people"
Ats y it was so important he may have never got on the court again
As 40 years old
Lmfaoooo, they're playing ball like that because they think that's how Americans play they didn't know any better haha
5 vs 5 half court
He just stabbed him. Didn’t “carve him up real good”.
No Greencard for choo, amigo.
I remember saying the same thing when I first saw this in the 80s. I guess the guy will never know. Good that he didn’t perform a quality assurance on his work.
🤣🤣
😅
He stabbed then cut across ,2 sounds
Nah he sliced! It was “menudo time”
2:26 Poor guy in the floral shirt is a little confused, but he's got the spirit
Id the same in a riot. Look I'm rioting too, please don't kill me
LMAO "wait do I hit him or just maybe I should bang on this gate you know what I better just put this board down "
I came on to mention him😂
It's true, he's being very careful not to bump into anyone with his bit of wood
I was thinking "wow, they really want to make this look like pandemonium!"
Don Eladio really came up from nothing.
Made me wonder if Al Pacino has ever NOT been 50 years old..
So did his accent.

This felt like a tutorial mission in a stealth game. The mark just mindlessly wandering around with no protection right in front of Tony.
IN GTA lol
The "mark". Fucking hell.
who would be protecting him lol
This is the movie where Rockstar took the template for GTA games
This is basically the Intro Mission from the scarface game 🤷
Tony was an assassin in Cuba. It's not his first victim.
Ya the book is much more interesting. The person playing "Rabinga" was an experienced actor who was on the "High Chaparral" TV show.
That’s why they were yelling freedom so they can kill it will and sell coke….
Tony was in the army
I'm guessing title probably meant first kill in the movie on screen but was too long to have as a title.
Yes its obvious...but you know its youtube..need Always some contradictors@@The_Greedy_Orphan
Manny: "Are we may? Or are we may, mayne?!"
Haha 🤣
Best part of the scene😂😂😂
“What we gotta do, go to Cuba and hit the beard or what?” 😂😂
What does that mean
@@arunkumar2029it means if they’re going back to Cuba to kill Castro
@@arunkumar2029Fidel Castro had a beard
Lol I was always confused I knew about Castro but didn’t never understood wat tony said
The spacing on the floor during that basketball game was atrocious. No wonder these guys are being detained.
Tony’s ugly ass jump shot 🤢
😂
I mean, were they even playing basketball?😂
It’s an effective zone defense. you make sure there’s no zone left
They don't deserve green cards not after that display.. Gotdam national embarrassment.
This actually was Tony's first kill......he killed all legitimacy of his basketball playing ability.
The shot at 0:06 always felt like an omen of Tony’s future as a crime boss.
He was so close to a literal long shot of accomplishing the American dream, but in the end he missed out on that too and the game simply kept going on without him as it does here too.
Also the guy with the sad face probably represented tony's goons.
There is nobody that can play that role better than Al Pacino.
I thought this was today at our Southern Border.
That’s why we need a wall.
But besides that, You know during the filming of that scene there were several people that got hurt from small scratches to broken bones.
@@danielbrown3461 The mannerism and slang of the 1980s is different from the present day.
joel romero
Yeah I thought the same thing.
Tony is savage from the start.
This is actually his second kill, he killed a man in cuba in a fight.
Not in the movie.
Or probably when Tony Montana was in the army!
That gotta be his 378 kill. He was in the army.
@@user-to9tm1hc6i He had Czechoslovakian interior decorators jumping out of trees !!
Lol
Jeez, Tony was lucky that it was the right guy who went through the door. Quite a gamble.
It was coordinated
I was thinking the exact same thing, I agree it’s coordinated but still how could he know or hear anything. That fucking door was pretty much all the way shut. Shit happened so fast
I love seeing this in 4K. I originally watched from VHS tapes and it really gives the movie a new feel. Classic meign!!
The casting in this is perfect. Because top Castro Cubans from that time were mostly Spaniard white Cubans. And the Rebenga actor is Mexican but he's a mostly Spaniard Mexican. So he looks the part perfectly.
Castro and his regime were virulent racists.
Clearly you never heard of mestizo
@@Callebravo clearly you don't know that Spaniards and smallpox wiped out most of Cuba's indigenous population. So not many mestizos left by then or now in Cuba. Look it up.
@@Shinobi33 “In the 2012 Census of Cuba, 26.6% (2.97 million) of the Cubans self-identified as mulatto or mestizo. Prior to the 20th century, the majority of the Cuban population was of mixed race descent to varying degrees, with pure Spaniards or criollos being a significant minority.” Clearly you know nothing
@@Callebravo mulatto and mestizo are two completely different things . I'm of Cuban descent. In my entire life I've only seen 4 Cubans that could classify as mestizos. Only one in person. The other 3 on TV. So wrong there are little to no Cuban mestizos. Then or now. In Cuba you have people primarily of Iberian and Canary Islands descent or West African descent . Or of both. You'll find Mestizos in Puerto Rico where the indigenous Taino population survived in greater numbers. But not in Cuba.
Cubans playing harder defense than in the all star game so il give them that
Very true
2:25 bro in the red shirt and glasses 😂😂😂
Fun fact: Tony is supposed to miss the basketball shot but, Al kept making the shot around 27 times. As a result the director asked Al if, it'd be easier for him to keep to the script if they took all the air out of the ball.
Please show me the BTS and transcript from the Shot that day, because that's amazing but some facts need to be represented here.
Nah. Prove it
Fun fact: it was actually 365 times and the director fired himself and made Tony the director.
Fun fact: If you say the word, "Gullible", three times to the mirror in a dark bathroom the ghost of Tony Montana will appear.
Not true
The basketball scene is what you'd expect if a group of 15 four year old kids were playing basketball with a fisher price hoop.
There is no words to say just how good this film is ❤😎🎥👍
This Ultra HD update makes the image look like it was recently filmed.
Thats why filming on film is better. Digital is easier, but you cant enhance the image down the road
@@stephengrigg5988 You can, but it requires alot more guesswork, and work generally. The same type of work as it would to color a black and white film.
This movie is classic.
I watched this during my teens and didn’t understand the coordination. Now I can appreciate how well orchestrated the assassination was, get revenga funneled into a bottleneck so Tony and shank him. Humans are quite clever even with minimal resources
Makes you wonder if they helped orchestrate the riot
Lol, ''coordination''. They could have literally just shanked him inside the hut, dude. No one would have batted an eye. It was just better cinematography this way, more dramatic so to speak.
@@kogkaros no, it made sense not to have anyone witness the actual hit. Questions would definitely be asked, and someone who saw something might have talked about it, either out of cluelessness or to gain something for themselves
@@dzonbrodi514 and you think that no one saw that? Did that qualify as a ''subtle'' hit for you? Come on, don't overthink stuff. It just looked cooler.
He stabbed him once in the stomach and let him walk away. That's not how you assassinate someone if you have any clue what you are doing. Do you have any idea how long it takes to bleed out from a stomach wound? If this was real that guy probably would have lived.
Oh, that’s the guy who dies horribly from the chainsaw. Didn’t notice him here before
Liver cut, liver cut, liver cut, liver cut
Now I can't stop hearing it
Manny was believed to have been killed by Tony but secretly survived to run the biggest cartel in Mexico. Saluddd.
You also forgot about the old man that apparently got his brains blown out. He survived as well and became one of Manny's Captains 😂.
Each And Every Scene Of This Movie Is Amazing!!
Cmon meyn
This guy meyn
Yeah meyn
Timeless Movie! One Of The Best!
not his first kill, the integrator mentions this at the start of the movie, Tony had the pitchfork tattoo which meant he was an assassin
That melancholy synth music will always hit just right for any death.
Great movie and Al Pacino and all the other actors and actresses put on great performances and had a great soundtrack 🇨🇺🇨🇺🇨🇺🇨🇺🇨🇺🇨🇺🇨🇺🇨🇺🇨🇺🇨🇺🇨🇺🇨🇺🇨🇺🇨🇺🇨🇺🇨🇺🇨🇺🇨🇺🇨🇺
Damn… Pacino so young. Forever immortalised in one of the top movies of all time.
As well as Don Eladio.
He's probably about 40 there. Too old to be Michael Corleone's illegitimate son.
Already old here my guy
@@SpaceAlien-rb3sm
40 no old, at best finale of his prime.
"Tony Montana 😂Ven aca, Mang." 🤣
1:50 Now that must have been a fun scene to be in!
Tony's style was incredible!
“Watch more,” came on as soon as he hit the ground XD
This scene was filmed right here in Los Angeles. 405 and 10 frwy interchange.
I thought this was today on our Southern Border.
@@danielbrown3461 the invasion continues 😵💫
Oh wow I had no idea but I drive it all the time and am just now recognizing it in the film. I guess the film is successful if it really felt like it was somewhere else!
Not much has changed, huh?

Lmfao Tony is at least triple teamed at the start and his teammates are clearly also on the way wrestling, playing some weird sort of a Cuban basketball... funny as hell. Even Pacino takes a looong 3pt shot that almosz goes in lmaaaao😂😂😂

Tony always told the truth. Even when lying, he was telling the truth.
Reminds me of John Cleese killing the guard in holy grail.
he actually killed before when he was in cuba. He was in prison for being a paid hitman thus ending up on the boat.
Guy wearing a cross killing another guy for a job and a greencard
shiiit you’d do it too to stay out of Cuba
Communists aren’t people
Anything to escape communism!
Yeah I noticed that too. Crazy how guys like that really exist
Yeah christians have never done anything violent or hypocritical
Don Eladio came a long way
Love scarface
Know what, I’m gonna say it. Unnecessary amount of theater for what could have been an anonymous stab and walk 🤷🏻♂️
Drama separates murder from assassination
Maybe it was Tony asserting himself as top dog in the camp. Or maybe he despised Communists and wanted to make him fear for his life.
He was killing since age 5 😂
I love that movie
Coulda been a little more thorough there Tony
Mano was a great NEGOTIATOR!!!!!
Such a good movie
That wasn’t the first killing at the Golden Glades in Florida and it definitely won’t be the last
LIBERTAD! LIBERTAD!
Tony meets Don Eladio
I'm not sure the extras were given much direction or if they did bothered to listen.
somehow I doubt that this is the first person Tony had killed..
They meant on the movie obviously he killed other people he said that much when he was ask about his scar lol he said u should see the other kid they can’t recognize him 😂
Til this day I still don’t kno wtf they were sayin, Livika??😂😂
I'd certainly check his work if I left him with some ornate reliefs to finish.
