I showed this song to my dad (the person who introduced me to metal at a young age) and he loved it. I've always wanted to finally show him a band he will enjoy rather than vise versa and this song did it.

It's absolutely hilarious seeing people react to more "mainstream sylosis songs with video clips" but not delve into more of their stuff, which is absolutely mind-blowing - EoTE, Monolith, Dormant. Even Conclusion Of An Age is a banger.
Nice haircut by the way. This song sounds like a modest blend of Dormant heart, cycle of suffering with bits of edge of the earth and LOG's momento mori.
Honestly I heard him in the "we'll be waiting" after the breakdown, and in the gang vocals in the pre-chorus, you can spot him screaming a couple of times in the music video
@@jolynnunis8274 Yes, totally. I just felt like the song was building up to something that didn't 100% make it. Like it should've changed up a little bit because I felt like there was no climax. Maybe I'm not the most diehard fan of them. Idk.
This song slays, sylosis is really killing it with this song. By the way if you want something with some vibes similiar with Loathe (more the kind of songs like Is it really you or Two ways mirror) there's Holding absence self titled album which is very good. They got a post rock post hardcore kind of sound but it's very special I think. And they are going to release a new album in April of 2021 If I'm not wrong. Love your videos !
