well, if any of those people contacted Catalina saying that they did not get their register rewards, they would be told that their records show that the rewards printed. And technically they would be correct. Once I had to contact Catalina customer service and they sent me a letter saying that RR did print but I did not get it. I thought later maybe an employee took it. Now I see that it could have been a printer on the back
I was in a store picking up my prescription and the cashier was taking all the RR that printed. I watch her add one to her pile. I wanted to say something but I didn’t.

That coupon machine belongs to the main register someone swapped it with the cosmetics register. Might be intentional or not, they need to open a ticket and get them swaped back.
You should've took the coupons... Loss prevention makes us throw them away unless we actually earned them. If they are left behind we are told to rip them in half.

The store needs to open a ticket for that issue of printing elsewhere. They also need to replace there ink. The coupons are non transferable. That employee could get in trouble for that. So many red flags for that store.

Erica they're going to throw them away it's not wrong of you to keep coupons that they're going to throw away if you can find somebody that just made a purchase and you seen the register reward prints you can give it to him but I would keep all those coupons and register rewards that are going to be thrown away.
Walgreen's staff used to be horrible! I have them all trained with kindness now! If i have extra boosters i ll share in the store! 90% of the cashiers will share the boosters with customers that are left behind they do not throw them away anymore! I hope they work for you! I get happy when i find one!🤗👍❤

Hi I tried doing the pizza deal you showed I had a $7 Walgreens cash if I spend $35 and before I checked out, it said I was receiving $12 Walgreens cash. But I used a little bit of Walgreens cash to lower out of pocket and now on my receipt it says I only got $5 Walgreens cash back- is that cuz I used Walgreens cash to lower out of pocket I had no idea 😭 the employees are so stingy about it too it sucks😅 (Did it on the app)

BE careful ordering online with Walgreens they can really mess things up and lose your coupons. IF a Manufacturers coupon is used on a voided purchase because of substitution and out of stock issues Contact corporate support. They can't recover the coupon but they are supposed to give you the value in Walgreens cash to correct their error! I finally got my last order straight (kinda) but the lady I at support was terrible.
There’s nothing wrong with you taking those coupons. I have tossed my receipts in the trash many times. Many people don’t want to mess with coupons. Glad you got to keep them!

That’s probably why i haven’t gotten a lot of boosters lol. That is frustrating and now it’s just another thing to worry about.
You should have tested out the cosmetic register reward where you get $5 off a $5 purchase. Basically you'll be getting a $5 cosmetic product for free
