honestly, uni is stressful: how i navigate a week of assignments and classes!

i love learning. i love applying my knowledge. but 3 essays in 1 week...? no thank you.
what a JOURNEY this video was. I'm literally watching myself deteriorate throughout the week ahahaha. shoutout to all of you smashing academic work at the moment! uni, school, college... it's all tough. we've got this 🦋
Though this is a long video, I actually didn't vlog much that week. Most of my time was spent typing, reading, or doing the non-vlogging things that prioritise my mental health, such as yoga, meditation and walks in nature. It's so important to know yourself such that when times get stressful, you have all these positive habits ready to support you.
