+Derek Barton lol I swear its only a 250, Kawasaki's 250 puts out 32 to 37hp and has a 6 speed trans. buggy only weighs 500. almost 4 times the power than stock. I have a walk around video that shows the motor, google Kawasaki ninja 250 and you'll see their the same.
It is a 250cc engine. It is a twin cylinder 250cc engine with nearly 40 HP. Now if it was a (old school) 250cc I4 engines then it it would sound like a F1 race car. Those engines were sweet little monsters, capable of 50 HP and reline at 20,000 RPM. A single cylinder 250cc engine is in the 30HP range. It is shocking what more cylinders can do to an engine's performance.
do u have facebook? if so, send me a request not sure how to send pics through youtube. I have tons of pics on how I put this thing together, just let me now what you need
just the one video of the build. shows how I did my motor mounts. yours will be a little different. I think the cbr is a 4cyl mines a 2cyl. all in all should be about the same though.
i dont know if i can explain how more than actually showing you. i studied the wiring harness and wiring diagram. that let me know how the circuit worked. then i knew what i could bypass and where i could add switches
Hey beautiful machine.. I have the same kandi in black with a 2009 Yamaha fz6r 600cc swap in it.. still working on it tho I wanna get some wheels like yours but can't find anything the same bolt pattern ... what size did you use too? Thx... once again nice machine ... check mine out on my page ...
Hello Jeremy. I commented on another video last night asking if you had any pics of the engine install and then I came across the video of you building it. I'd love to have any you on the build as I plan to do this to my KD150. I was going to use either built Honda 200S motor that I have or a TM Racing 125 motor. But after seeing what you've done with yours, I'm gonna have to rethink that! The Kandi chassis and that 250 twin seem to be the perfect balance. People that are putting inline fours in these are just waiting their time, unless of coarse their plan is sand drags or something like that. Is there a way to message you on here and give you my E-mail or phone number? Thanks man!
haha just replied to your other video and seen this one lol. dont check my email to much, i stay busy. best way would be through FB msg. depending on how busy i am txt works too. 574 400 9040
