WHAT IS ASMR?
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a calming, pleasurable feeling often accompanied by a tingling sensation. This tingle is said to originate in a person’s head and spread to the spine (and sometimes the limbs) in response to stimulation. The stimuli that trigger ASMR vary from person to person. Some of the most common ones include whispers, white noise, lip smacking, having a person’s complete attention (as in having one’s hair cut by a hairdresser), as well as brushing, chewing, tapping, scratching, and crinkling.

Great video! I loved the sounds and overall it was really relaxing. I would just give one note of criticism and that would be to either lower the volume of the ringing sound of the timer or just not put it in the video. The ticking sound from the timer was good, it's just that the ringing was a bit too loud that it was not relaxing to hear.

@@KitzenAsmr yeah well that wasn't the point. The point is with ASMR, there a certain sounds that drive me crazy, which I can't stand. Like clicking with fingers, knocking etc. Some are very annoying, especially when you search for something specific and such sounds ruin it.

😌ASMR Recipe
Some kind of flour, water, half a chunk of stuff, half a spoon of stuff, spoon of stuff, olive oil, white liquid. Knead. Add more water as needed. Knead some more. Leave to “prove” (rise). When timer goes off, wake up! Your ASMR moment is over!😠
😌add some powder. Powder the table. Knead. Round. Pat. Line a baking tray with wax paper. Cut the dough in half. Cut those halves in half. Knead the quarters. Round them. Put them onto the tray and smash them a little. Cover with a dish towel. Leave to “prove” (rise) again. Scrape the flower off your counter top. When the timer goes off, WAKE UP AGAIN 😠. 😌Paint the tops of each bun with white liquid. Score the top of each bun twice with a box cutter. Put the baking tray of buns in the oven and set your timer. When the timer goes off, WAKE UP!!😠 😌slice a roll open into four slices making sure to not burn the skin off your hands. Tear a piece off of a slice.
