I bought this one second hand this year. Love it! The opening isn't my favorite at first but then I love it like five minutes later. It's a grower.
Agreed. This was a blind buy for me. Just from the note description, I figured I would love it but immediately I didn't. After having it on for a few hours, it was so beautiful.
Love the original Covet! I got it just out of curiosity, unexpectedly... But my, oh my! How mush I love it! So happy It came into my life😍
Absolutely love her fragrances (Stash, Lovely, and now this gem). This one is especially unique and could pose as niche. On my skin I get chocolate and lavender and something a little herbal. Intoxicating in the colder months. Just like you are expressing, rich and deep. What a find!
My first bottle was the Coty version I recently bought a new bottle from Lovely they smell the same. This scent is an acquired scent the dry down is sweet but dark, at the same time, mysterious imo

I love all of SJP scents .Covet is a hidden Gem that has to grow on you but it's still so lovely once the dry has passed .tfs

Mine is about 6 years old. Very lavender/lemon/creamy on my skin. I love it and the older formula lasts forever on my skin.
Just found a Lovely Distribution Covet: it’s unique and beautifully European.... not typical at all and quite individualistic!

I absolutely adore covet, I regularly buy this and it's my go to day/work fragrance.
I find its average on longevity, not big silage but also enough to generate intrigue and compliments in closer contact... not what you want in Covid times if compliants are what your after.
But, I wear it for me. It dries down so beautifully in my skin and I get a powdery grown up scent that's still feminine, sexy and all class.
I cant recommend it enough.
This fragrance is a grower. Definitely try it out for a week. It opens up with greenish lavender, but the chocolate follows 30 minutes later. One of my faves, but I could not stand it the first time I smelled it.
Now I'm intrigued and I want to get a bottle of Covet.
This is quite a unique fragrance. I went from being disappointed to loving it within two weeks. The opening for me is very green, with a slight hint of oily lemon. On my skin when it dries down the woody and chocolate come out. It's a very subtle chocolate for me, which is why I was initially disappointed (was expecting it to be more pronounced). Lasting power is weird for me, sometimes lasts pretty good, other times it's gone very quickly. I'm tempted to get an original Coty bottle to see if it lasts longer on me. It doesn't have much projection, it's more subtle. It's spring now and I think this is a very spring perfume
I know this video is over a year old, but, what are your final thoughts on Covet? Yes or No, was it a keeper?
I still own but but almost never reach for it. I'll probably let it go at some point even though it's an interesting scent :)

Love your videos! I had to pull out my bottle that I got on Ebay a while back for a good deal! Mine was made by Coty in 2017? (Didn't realize Coty was still making it then?) Anyhoo, I also get a herbally shampoo vibe, and can pick up the honeysuckle note on my skin. Definitely a bit of lavender too. Covet fades super fast on my skin, but it's definitely an unique celebrity find. Good stuff!
there's geranium in it....i have the original and it lasts along time..

My most fav from SJP frgrances line even tho my all time signature was Lovely EdP (still, even tho they reformulated it & it's smell more softer than Coty version & i still have a half bottle of the old formula). Back to Covet, the Coty version has even more worst smelling at the opening. It smells like something glue-ish for almost 5 minutes & that's a hard time to survive, i guess 😂😂😂😂😂 It's the heavy loads of dark chocolate-lavender-lemon blend that very comes together as one for the whole day. Yes, it did smell herbal-chocolaty sometimes, to my nose & that sweet choco notes really amped up on my skin. I really want to get a new version but it must be not the same anymore after watching your review. Hrmmm... I don't know...
Based on reviews I've read it can be a unisex fragrance. Would like to hear your opinion on this.

Agree ..they smell the same but the coty version was stronger and longer lasting.
How can I detect it from the bottle? Bought it 2nd hand and there’s no box.
As they say, smell is subjective. This scent on me is plasticky and boring. Nothing special. Won't be getting the purple one as I don't want to be disappointed.
I find this one interesting but literally never reach for it. :)
This arrived this morning, I get a very stemmy green, grassy, herbal, lemon, lavender, no chocolate at all. Actually good quality over all. The florals are there in the background, woodsy base is light but really good.
Totally unisex, guys can easily wear this, it’s not feminine at all.
It's an interesting scent but it has rubbish longevity. You make it sound fabulous! It's not half as interesting on me. 😢
