- Easy and Inexpensive Christmas Yardstick DIY. This can be used as a door swag, a garland or a centerpiece. Step by step instructions.
Materials Needed
1 yardstick
I cut 5 inches off the end of mine.
2 rolls 10 inch mesh
pipe cleaners
floral picks
shatterproof ornaments
foam
zip ties
floral wire
hot glue
scissors
ruler
I did 6 sets of pipe cleaners on mine. The top and bottom 2 sets had 3 pipe cleaners. The middle 2 sets had only 2 pipe cleaners. I would recommend adding a set of 2 pipe cleaners under the foam before gluing. I cut my ruffles at 30 inches. My Christmas floral picks came from Dollar Tree.
