Things I like my career mode isn't broken
I hate it when you edit a player in your team you have to cycle through all the country’s and leagues to get to your team. But it’s so 🤬 irritating when you change a player and save it. It take’s you right back to the menu Fifa 19 was better because when you saved your choices it stopped on your team.

Career mode this year would be decent had EA not released a broken one. I'm hoping they fix all the bugs as soon as possible so I can start again. If they put more effort in, the mode will be better by the end of it.

1:33 I still want the feature where we can play as real life managers. Another cool thing that EA can add later is the Director mode where I can hire or fire a manager, have control over the funds

One thing I wish EA would put into CM is having a no fire option. I get its unrealistic to not being able to get fired but a lot of CM problems right now are dealing with getting fired for no reason so if you put that feature in like they did with international job offers you wouldn't have to worry about getting fired. im doing a Youth squad and I got fired for giving out new contracts to my players but if the option was there I wouldn't worry about it and wouldn't have to worry about getting fired 5 years into my youth squad rebuild.
Really like the manager customizing that is quality I like watching replays of goals to see my manager celebrate too.

One thing I don't like in FIFA 20 is where you can't edit international teams if you go to edit players! 😡

Also could fifa put the Wing position in the game and fix the edit player thing for eg if u want to edit a player and increase their stats if ur that type of person it always changes a wing to a rf or lf and a cf to st it’s so annoying
Press conferences etc should affect Playermorale, Managerrating (maybe with the Chance of Getting extra money) and your Reputation with the Fans (Bad rep and lesser Fans come to your games which affects money etc.) And there should be answers where you can please just one of them etc.
Unpopular opinion: I really enjoy Fifa 20 career mode
I have not experienced any glitches and squad morale,press conferences,dynamic potential and manager customisation are great additions to career mode.
You've never gotten big team playing bad players?
I think career mode should let you manage stadium ticket prices , jerseys , stadium capacity and upgrade stadiums and get new sponsors on the jerseys
Imagine having a board along with morale. The board blocks certain decisions making your manager career tough. If managing a mid tier club I sell 4-5 low wage players and attempt to buy 1 high wage big name, the board should try and block it. I remember there was a fan indicator in fifa 14. Your decisions would positively impact one group and negatively impact another. For example, sending the players on a charity boosted fan support, but was bad for the player morale.

I don’t know if it’s a broken feature on career mode or if it’s just my luck but I am trying to do a journey career mode where I can’t buy or sell anyone in my first season. I can only promote one youth player a season and train him up. At the end of each season I move to a different club and can only buy my youth players that I have trained in previous seasons.
That’s the idea.
The problem I’m having is that at the end of the season there r job offers but it doesn’t matter who I pick no one seems to want me as manager.
I won my domestic league and cup. I even thought I’d try to manage another team in the same league who r weaker than my team and they didn’t want me either.
Another thing can ea take out the minus 1 or 2 or whatever minus thing of fifa and leave the player at that lever but let them upgrade stats instead of decrease stats
Hoffenheim is hella fun in this game, stadium authenticity is so crisp

So basically things that make career mode easier e.g. boosting morale of team easily and aesthetics, glad I opted for pes this year even though I've been fifa my whole life, sick of ea glossing over career mode with no major changes so they can spend all their time and money invested in UT
If u play on pc download fifer's realism mod , it fixes career mode and brigns realism

The pc version at least on ssd doesn't feel laggy at all. Still doesn't matter tho, the game is unplayable if you don't like ultimate team like me. Good thing for origin premium access, cuz this game is worthy of a refund otherwise

In my honest opinion there is no defending this game.
Can someone answer a quick question about the starting XI issue? I know the larger EPL squads are not starting their best XI against the smaller clubs, but is this also true for other leagues? Or just the EPL? All I've seen are videos of this happening in England.
Thing I like all bugs makes the game fun like that they have you name in carrer interviews and random injures dont seem to happen much and olso like how much we complain when fifa 20 is goig tthough a new phase give it time and it will be boss

I play up to more than 6 hours of career mode in fifa 20 I did not see anything broken I see all the broken issue on the internet but when I play fifa20 career nothing happen with me all looking good I so don't now 🤔😐☺
How can you retire a player?
2.0 transformers go to the career tab in the main menu of a player career and it’s a small tab

In the Career menu you have an option to retire, maybe in "Actions" or something. I guess after that you'll have the option to manage. Idk cause I didn't do it

Career Mode is rubbish and always will be until they re-add the features that were in the Ps2 Fifa Games.

It was in the game but it never used to work. When you retired the player it would give you a generic manager face to look at instead of that player's face
