Thanks man... I am that guy and feeling blessed to live a life with Jesus while rolling everything from Skateboarding to Motocross by his Grace. Your comment opened up a moment of reflection in my mind on how did I get here? Well since I'd rather be rolling rather than writing all of that down.... However my conscience prompted me to share just a couple key points even if these would not directly apply to you. Starting with saying Drugs are a trap and they will steal your soul, and I'm not talking abut light use of weed or a few beers now and then. Number two, is Never let people persuade you to stop having fun! And three for me was to always invite the Lord to join in the activity, as that's why I believe we were created, was to have a life with God! Thanks again for your comment! Much love.....
stephen fernald Thanks for your comment Stephen, and I'm always grateful to hear from another believer which encourages me to just keep doing my best and share when I can say something of potential value for someone. God's blessings to you Bro!
Marc LEBLOND I get the AMEN part, so thanks much for your comment as I always enjoy a word from a bother! Much love and blessings to you Bro by the grace and name of King Jesus!
I am French. I communicate with Google translation. This summer I came out of alcoholism by the grace of God asking him by prayer to deliver me. Overnight I did not want to drink alcohol anymore. Then he told me about his daily presence. Especially by reading his word. He helped me a lot. I slept in my car, no accommodation or work. And little by little, begging him to give me the strength to advance on his way he has ... . first found work, then a roof and a family life. While wandering in the city while seeing from time to time pass skaters I felt the desire to practice again. And two weeks ago I bought a Oxelo Wood Cruiser. What a pleasure to find these sensations of gliding. Some bowls but nothing serious. Some roulades. I decided to resell it and I ordered a City Trasher Oxelo white (more stable). Always in my budget for the moment, I will see later if passion continues, I will renew piece by piece until taking a new board. It is by searching on you tube a "tail skid" that I came across your videos. A skater who talks about Jesus! Glory to God! I do not understand English very well orally but it does not matter.
Marc LEBLOND Awesome story for where your at today and sharing the amazing grace of our Lord who answered your prayer! Being in the Word is the key to your continued journey to recovery and even more important is that the Lord desires a personal relationship with you! he considers you perfect as you are today and nothing can separate the Love he has for you, and by trying your best to always invite him to be with you, and reflecting this gratitude by living a life of faith by being good/ loving to others these acts of faith in him can transform your heart with his love and peace which will at times include great joy... Struggles will come and go, yet they will pass and the Lord will never reject you if you desire his presence in your life! Thanks again for sharing your story, and will definitely pray for you Brother!
Marc LEBLOND Thanks again for sharing Marc, and its always Nice to see a Brother in the Lord keeping it real by Not being ashamed to talk about our Lord! Stay Cool and keep on rolling with good times... Later’s Bro!
I wanna be this guy when I'm his age, still longboarding and loving Jesus
