IMHO even for EU region it's much better to start on Russian servers just because they are FULL of players (3000-5000 online, depend on server) and EU just several dozen...
@@Lineage2Unleashed You can choose not overcrowded server (1000-2500 online)... Anyway alive economy and alot of players are making game much more interesting)

From my prospective EU is better due to not crowded by players wheres on RU you can’t easy find free spot in locations)
