Soooo, here's some context for this lovely thing my dear friends.
The sole reason I wanted to make this in the first place was the "The Devil's after both of Us" line. It just [ is ]. A few days ago one lovely person introduced me to this theory, which started growing on me with every sentence. Later, when working on the first drafts of this thing I figured out it fits too well not to put more of my thoughts about it in it.
Basically, from Metatron changing Aziraphale's memories,
Aziraphale, he,
He gets dizzy, confused, terrified, gets The headaches like Jim!Gabriel did this season. But for a slightly different reason, I believe haha (cries).
Things don't line up. And that the main point here.
Of course I can write down every single one of them, but it would be very fun to let you all figure them out! ❤️
One major thing tho is the "Make a mercy out of me" scene -
Aziraphale, he gets into this blank (black) space, where he begins to regain bits of his memory. Like Crowley's fall.
And then we cut from the absolute anger in his eyes, to the Tell me you said no moment, where he...
He's not angry. He's crushed.

Learned a LOT of new things while working on this
For example - making the glitch effect, which was very important part of the story, big thank you to 𝙠𝙙𝙨𝙠𝙚𝙩𝙘𝙝 for thatl!

Tried working in 4k, in Krita. This sh took 17.8 GB - I have no idea how Krita survived this. I'm very proud of her for that. I did have to wait over 15 minute over every stroke for her to reload cash and she crashed a few times. But I'm very proud of us, regardless.
