@@GhastMan03no I’m you it came with the game in 2013 when it released it’s nothing new you have to collect 50 letter scraps in story mode it’s not available in only unfortunately so you just go to random locations around the map and find them then when you find them all you get get the killers location you have to confront him as Franklin and that’s it if you need help finding them just look it up on RUclips gta series has a good video on them
