Sharon/Martin don't pour the rest of the water from the veg down the drain, let it cool and give to the dogs they can benefit from vitamins too! My little dog used to lap it up.

water boils at 100c at sea level, get up high and it boils at a lower temperture, up mount everest it would boil at 70c

i did some to day but we had it with plain boiled rice and a jar of sweet and sour sauce... with the veg... perfectly done in airfryer, sauce on hob though

Hee haw ! That gave me a right old chuckle. Try soaking your taters in salted (Himalayan or low sodium) water for twenty minutes. Dry them, then cook away for extra crispiness. Keep up the good work, and the comedy. Best regards. 🙃

I always add a tiny amount of cold water to the gravy grans when I start cooking,it gives you a smooth paste before you add hot water. 😊

I made this in the normal oven and served it withCOLOURED rice(rice with mixed veg boiled alltogether) realy so yummy I was licking my fingers at the end.......Yep ,Sharon you certainly are doing yoga...but another type...HA HA love you guys,dont stop doing what you are doing....NO MATTER WHAT !!!!NIGHTY NIGHT !!!!!

Yummy!! That looks lush..Have you ever tried smashed potato in air fryer? Par boiled potato with skins on then cool,crush slightly but keep them in one piece sprinkle with salt,pepper, garlic granules,oil or any spices you like..Would love to see Martin's reaction with these crispy morsels Like you said Sharon something different!! Your belly pork looked lovely. I've just wrote down what to do. I did some gammon in the slow cooker the other day and I sliced the skin off after it was cooked and put it in the air fryer to crisp up, it was the best crackling I've ever had
