If you want a group of men to sail across the sea, you don't instruct them on how to craft and maneuver a boat, you teach them to yearn for what lies beyond the sea, you teach them to acquire a taste for adventure.
Determination is the strongest tool any man can acquire. I'm glad there's people like you out there, showing off these wonders of our universe and hopefully inspiring future astronomers. Never stop chuck, you're a good part of the world

      • Step 1: Grow really big wings
      • Step 2: Grow a rocket thruster
      • Step 3: Drink a lot of rocket fuel
      • Step 4: just fard and fly

Its very late, but that is called astrometry and plate solving. Astrometry is a website that accurately tells you the exact position in the sky from stars alone and stellarium is an app where you have lots of stars as well. Another possibility is the so called 'Simbad' took where pretty much everything is saved.
