Ideas on beef rib rubs are floating around in my head now. Those ribs look amazing and I bet they tasted amazing too.
That was a perfect beef rib cook. Gorgeous meat, and I really like that sauce. Thanks Greg

Damn, G! Looks insanely amazing! Thanks for the video. What a pro!
Those ribs look mouthwatering. Cheers, Greg!
Greg you are killing everybody when we are watching this at dinner time! I always say my smell-o-vision is hooked up to my taste of vision. Now I have to get a new smelt o Vision! Great job
Great beef ribs! Bet that sauce was fantastic!
great vid. glad you left the membrane on. that leathery chew is my fav
I have friends and family from all over The UK and Australia. Even they aren’t consistent on how to pronounce Worcestershire so I just call it “what’s-this-here” sauce. I had a Weber Smokey Mountain which I loved. By all accounts the pit barrel smoker is awesome but fire management was an issue for me on long cooks so I decided to go with a Traeger pellet smoker. I absolutely love it so far after about a dozen cooks.
by far my favorite cut of meat ,just cant beat that beefy rich flavor
Great job, Greg. That pit barrel cooked never seems to disappoint.
I have to get a pit Barrel cooker. It's just become a must have at this point.
Nice looking ribs, great tutorial!
EPIC. Cook....WOW🇨🇦🇨🇦👍
Damn Greg! I want that! One day I will have a pit barrel cooker. You certainly inspire!
Wow man those looked fantastic! Juicy, tender and beautiful color. The sauce seemed to go perfectly as well! Cheers, brother! 🍻
Everyday BBQ & Cuisine love your channel dude! Been a while since your last cook.. fire up that grill!!
Tomás L definitely am Soon
Nice vid!
Killer beef ribs Greg and that umami profile/sauce is right up my ally. I will definitely have to try this one out.
The PBC is great. I stuffed 4 racks of beef ribs into it last week and they came out awesome. Can’t wait to try out your wet rub.
Great video Greg, I’m actually doing beef ribs , pork loin and ribeye steak for a cook off this Saturday. I don’t use truffle salt but I do use a lot of the other ingredients! Nice cook Greg ! Those beefers look damn good !
Wuster sauce someone finally says it right. Nice looking ribs !!
Looked incredible Greg, I have also been experimenting with umami builders a lot. I believe we are crossing over in our ingredient profiles, and breaking new BBQ ground. One big appreciative thumbs up from Blue Collar BBQ!
Damn man it cant get more ballistic than this!!!!
Sheer madness---in rib form!
No opposition here to saucing beef, and your Sauce sounded AWESOME! Really creative and delicious. Great cook, Greg 👉💨

The best ribs i've seen Greg. If I can ever manage to get some that good I'll be exremely happy.
That black label Asahi is excellent too. Probably the best mainstream commercial lager that i've tried. cheers.
Mate this looks so delicious! By the way, I know you're a fan of Coopers Beer! You've had their stout. Did you know they're releasing a new one? A Coopers XPA purple labeled can/bottle. Also, have you heard of the Char Grill Akorn Junior? That's my BBQ appliance!
*_that was BALLISTIC, im hungry dude...._* 😭😢
😘😘😘😘
Great job Greg! The sauce looked good and it looks like it paired well with the beef. Any idea where I can buy a bottle opener? 😁
man that looks good. I like those beef ribs.
I’m a pork rib guy but this looks daaaaaaa good! I googled all the ingredients and was happy I could afford them. Then I remembered I don’t have a PBC. It’s my goal to save up and buy everything and make these before New Years. It’s good to have big goals right?
Another great vid Greg I do a lot of beef ribs on my weber but that pit barrel is a cool piece of kit ,cant have enough bottle openers Hahahah Cheers
Greg, what was the total time of this cook. Thinking about throwing on some Beef Short Ribs on the PBC today, but have no clue what to expect for time, as I haven’t done BSR on the PBC yet. Many thanks from Dallas, Tx.
Serius saya katakan, walaupun video2 bbq yg saya lihat di youtube 4,3tahun yg lepas, tetap saya suka lihat, dan ingin mencari Dino Beff Short Rib
GOOD
Great video. You need to pour that beer in a frosted glass. :)
Beef short ribs? They are everything but short. Awesome looking ribs and thanks for the toture of you tasting and me watching and suffering...
Awesome! You think truffle oil would substitute OK for salt???
Have that on hand.
Hey Greg ! Awesome cook! I caught myself wondering if that truffle honey was the leftovers from the sacre blue burger cook!
Greg can you do a review of FOGO super premium lump charcoal using the pit barrel? I use royal oak now but it burns to quick and the bag usually has to many small pieces and dust in it
0:09 oh wow
10:49 and it worked. Yeeeh! Thanks for that🏆 Video Cheers. 😎🥃.
Doncaster in the north of England says yes! Try Henderson's relish it's a local sauce not too far from worcester sauce that Is unreal!
Great video Greg, was just wondering if you could do a cook with you going to Walmart and getting your ingredients and smoking something great?
Thnx for the recipe Greg :-) Whats's that you talking about that "asset" stuf (on 4.57) in the sauce? Can you please do tell me what that is ?
Sundried Tomato paste is key for Big Tasty sauce too
Sauce seems legit
Love your videos. Keep up the good job, but please stop making me so hungry.
Great, now I have to go see my butcher tomorrow. Damn you Greg!! LOL!!!
What brand lump are you using?
Yabba Dabba Doo!
What do you think is better, Weber Smokey mountain or Pit Barrel?
I'm hungry...anybody else hungry? Some cornbread, some beans, and some slaw.
Greg, the way you were holding the worcestershire sauce bottle early on it looked like you were gonna take a chug!
I believe umami was Freud's favorite flavor.
All power
how long did you cook the ribs for?
If they reach probe-tender, how would the meat not fall apart by the hooks? Is it because you kept the membrane on?
2 am in germany. i am starving.
Do we have to pat the ribs dry before we put them on the weber grill for inderect? Cause I got some marinading in a thick liquid and I'm wondering to put em on the weber all wet or not 😨
where did you get the ribs? how did you find short ribs like that? what would be the "ordering name" for those ribs? love your vid!
Agreed, I live in the same area as Greg and I can never find beef ribs with that much meat.
Pretty much have to order them from one of many mail order prime meat companies. All of the local independent butchers are gone from our area. If you want something nice you’re going to have to order it.
I get that cut of beef ribs from my local Publix. Ask the buthcher in your local grocery store for "Uncut Beef Short Ribs". They will come packaged the same way he showed them to us at the beginning of the video.
👍💯
Greg, I’m from St.Louis, MO. We have a cut called the Stl pork steak. Can you please look into it so it can get the recognition it deserves! Thank you!
Looked them up. They look really good.
E FUDD they are, and honestly the thinner the better! Easier to cook and the sauce and the charr...so good
Thanks, definitely going to try them.
best part of the cow, My mouth is watering
I want to see your version of a pulled pork and bacon double cheeseburger please....🙏
Do you wait until the charcoal in the pit turns white or just cook with it black? Just wondering, nice cook.
just cook with it as is,not sure if you noticed he dropped a few lit handfuls on top that will slowly light the rest during the cook
Fucking awesome videos dude, love ya work
That thick rib meat just fell off the bone! You shot this recipe dead on! Gottah Try-skeees!
Why are you using lump charcoal? It burn faster than briquettes and briquettes are recommended with the PBC.
I can't find beef ribs anywhere around where I live :/
3:33 i think you picked up a ghost mumbling
