One word, great! In the european union, its really expensive but I think it’s worth it. Don’t compare it to a heavybag though. Kick high hard and it will fall down. But you can train all things, not just kicking hard. Great tool!

I have one and it gives you almost the same resistance as a human been. Of course, it will not compensate or move back but it gives you the right target and the right feelings when you hit it. Not to compare to a simple sand bag. I even throw it over my shoulder. But for this I would suggest to protect the sandbags with some kind of tape, I use bandage.
I don’t like mine I really love it.

Finally someone made a Punching dummy with limbs to attack,
This would be the closest training tool next to actually sparring with a real person!
    Wonder how tall it is?

I question myself this. Would it fall if you give at one hard kick?

The Versys VS. BOB has a base which can be filled with sandbags in order to keep it from falling over. Not to say it is not possible though.
