I honestly felt that alien:romulus is a better sequel to Alien than Aliens was, not because I don’t like Aliens (I think it’s a great movie that adds so much world building, fleshes out interesting characters and complex motivations masterfully) but because Alien Romulus bridges the gap between the two so excellently. Through the movie we transition from the claustrophobic horror of Alien while starting to add in the action thriller of Aliens without losing the fear factor that a single Xenomorph can provide. Anyway I totally agree, it was a great movie that glued the whole franchise back together
This was the best Alien movie in quite some time idc. I mean this one was fantastic. The alien baby thing that comes out of the woman is the creepiest antagonist they've ever had.
I complete agree! It was such a fun experience in the theatre, and I'm excited for more, although I hope they change up the environment for the next go around!
I'd say it's deeper than a majority of teen horror flicks, so I'll agree to disagree about the worthiness, though to be fair I also like Prometheus lol
Yeah sorry guy this movie was ass. Writing and acting was the worst part. Like why tf are these kids with no training able to do all this? And why do I care? Seeing the old ship was the best part of the movie. The creature was cool too. Overall was a massive fail tho.
I mean they don't do anything that would go against their background, and they explain everything that isn't like having the gun have aim assist? It's fine if you didn't buy into the premise, but it's well setup and given it's the highest grossing Horror film with generally great reviews, it's a massive win.
Nah i disagree, they writing and acting are strong points to me! The acting is realistic to the characters and the info they're given, and there's very few writing choices i didn't like, which i do call out btw. What we're your actual problems with the writing & acting I'm curious?

Those calling this a teenage horror film should reflect on how desensitized they are to gore lol.
lol yeah even if I find it restrained, the gore hits hard when it counts!
Good job guy
Thanks dude 😎
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Thanks for the engagement!
A very big pile of steamy poo. Alien has been reduced to a teenage horror movie. They have yet to make a worthy sequel to the first two Alien movies.

enjoyable edits in this vid
Thanks it was alot of fun making this one!

Lol, it's awful and you cannot defend the poor writing and acting
The practical effects and visuals were very good but yeah, the writing and acting was pure garbage all round.
That goofy looking human alien at the end had me in stitches though.
I literally burst out laughing in the theater.
