1:32 does that mean the ground stations need to adjust for the doppler effect when communicating with these satellites as they fly overhead?

I see alot of cat5 cables in the control station . That means the drone most likely uses TCP!

I retired from the USAF in 2005. Looks as if they dumped the weight control program. One might suspect that recruiting is more difficult these days.
