thk.u Dr. Would you recommend implant.placement.in D4 bone by a handpiece only n to avoid ratcheting,....should i use an osteotome ..light tapping...to enlarge the recepient site ..after using just 1 or 2 incremental drills after a pilot drill?need to place implants in 35,36 n 37 region...as per CBCT...recommended implants are 4.5x 7 for 35 n 36 n 5x 8 for 37.But I have access to 4.6x 7.5 mm for 35 n 36 n.37..as the system.I use has 7.5mm as the shortest implant......inf alveolar nerve close by。。。request u to elaborate what shd be my.last drill before i switch to.osteotomes.....n should I complete the osteotomy by using selfthreading implant itself n skip the osteotomes after initial drilling.?what shd be my last drill before inserting 4.5mm implant with the handpiece.....thk.u n sorry for so.many ques!
Upper central incisor is D3 I guess.
Can I load the permanent teeth on upper central incisor in say 2 months after implant surgery....since I m going out of station after 2 months....waiting 4-6 month would be a problem.
I got my ankylos implant done last week. No pain is there now....No abutment is placed....I wish to get the implant loaded after 60 -70 days .....Is it possible to achieve secondary stability by 70 days.?
Sir my bone density is d3(before bone grafting) , is it possible for implant
Why are cortical and trabecular words used? Surely they aren't just random names for the bone types? You miss explaining several words, not useful for students who aren't already familiar with bone anatomy
