I have seen the entire series recently binge watching because I was looking for real life dialogue and connection and have become so endeared to all the characters and how the actors brought them to life and they will continue to live in my heart in a very real way, a guidepost so to speak. Wonderful.
I recently binge watched this show and am blown away by the caliber of acting all the way around. Simply the BEST. I’m planning on watching it all over again.

I always found David likable...He came off funny and what's not to like...The kids were a little spoiled but you don't have to be rich to be a little spoiled....miss the show and watching on Netflix over and over..I catch jokes I missed first time 😍
Eugene is such a ‘ slow’ talker, I think I would have a hard time getting his ideas to sink in if I was part of his production team.
In this video, I find Eugene's thoughtfulness and cadence very easy to listen to and his humor a delight.

@@_birdie I know that. I'm talking in the context of the show. Dan started talking about how he named his characters (Alexis was after a girl he didn't like) So I'm wondering how he thought of naming Catherine's character Moira.
He pronounces Levy correctly when introducing Eugene, but incorrectly when introducing Dan? Not sure why it happens so often.
Because Eugene is a known actor so people know how to pronounce it but fall back into the wrong pronunciation for Dan (because many normally say Levy as "Lee-Vee). They probably unconsciously do it. That's my take anyway.
Because there is an American comedian named Dan Levy (pronounced Lee-vee) who's been in the business since the mid 2000s, so it's most likely a subconscious mistake.

What's completely ridiculous is that I've never heard it pronounced wrong for Eugene. Yet I've seen multiple occasions where they're both present and it's pronounced two different ways...???

He introduced Eugene with the correct pronunciation on the last name but introduced Dan's last name incorrectly... yet it is the same last name. What gives?
There is a comedian named Dan Levy (pronounced Lee-vy) and it seems like a lot of people get it confused and pronounce Daniel Levy like that.

I'm surprised at the issue over the name in Canada and America over here in Britain I don't think anyone battered an eyelid at the name it just wasn't an issue.
I think it's so silly that people either make a big deal over the name or aren't allowed to say it on certain shows.

You are beyond miserable, you feel like you are literally on fire. 🥹😢🥵 I don't see how she didn't run off stage. After I have a hot flash I have to change clothes, I'm so drenched in sweat I'm ringing my clothes out. ✌️🙏
