Our minds naturally tend to forget information over time, but by consistently revisiting what we have learned, we can develop a deeper understanding and consolidate knowledge in our long-term memory. That’s why our daily review materials are so useful: they are 10 to 15 minute sessions where students practise knowledge and skills they have previously mastered - perfect for the start of lessons.
