I enjoy both "real" Reiki and "fake" ASMR style Reiki and they both feel different from each other but I do feel that they both have healing benefits. Even if they just encourage the placebo effect and create space to allow our own healing to take place.
It's all fake, but it convinces people by use of placebo as well as actual mood lifting techniques like visualizations and meditation, and raising your mood will help your health and your perceived health. So it can help, but not because it works in the way they claim, and there's no reason you actually need to PAY anyone for services and it can be done completely by yourself. As a child, if I became afraid at night, I would imagine a protective bubble expanding and strengthening around me and physically pushing the fear out and away from me, and it helped a lot. As an adult I use visualizations to manage pain. I can often visualize the pain migrating away from the area and toward a new area and it DOES appear to move and dilute, but it's purely a trick played on my own mind...but it still helps

I don't know what you did but I woke up this morning and I felt like I literally was able to take on the world and my mind was clear. I felt a shit ton of positivity and everything. Not a lot of ASMRtist do these types of videos and they are some of my favorites. You are really good at reiki, energy cleaning, chakra balancing, and etc. This lane is open for the taking and I believe you could dominate it. Fantastic job!
