However what helps is knowing you've gotten this far and all you gone through in your past was much worse so you can do this. I pray and wish you the best. All i can recommend that makes a big difference is meditations, seeking whatever brings you joy, and listening to music especially high vibes music. You are stronger than all this love ya. Also some youtube videos from folks that wish best for you helps.
Just remember that the Divine dwells within you and in your heart space. I have fought through h***and I am still standing. You have protection. Just tap in. 🤍

I highly recommend taking walks, going into the woods for a hike, sit by a stream or river, maybe take some paper and journal your thoughts. You can even burn the paper after as a form of releasing. I listened to this one on a perfectly warm and still spring nigtt after the chaos of the full-moon had subsided slightly. It was amazing how much it was in harmony with the natural African night sounds, the crickets, beatles, birds and distant waves crashing on the shore and the mountains, resonating precisely with the sheer abundant stillness and silence of life pulsating self awareness. Doing my best to move on since forever and let go of my past. Died countless times and im still here. I know i wish to create all i wish and live my dreams before im gone I pray i get granted that wish and all my blessings i been through so much makes hell look like a cakewalk. Im unsure how much I got left here it be nice to live for a long while however all the hardships makes it seem unlikely. Either way im proud i sent so much love onto gaia and healed so much of darkness so many ungrateful people i with my true family who meditates saved this world literally with no thanks and nothing in return even so thats how much love i have for gaia its been real i just want to go out like a shooting star and live it up before my least breath. Believe me, I'm not tripping. There are different levels of these videos that subtlety change. Let it play all the way through and the next time it comes on your algorithm it might be a different shade of blue or purple. Or there's another item on the screen. Idk if it's AI generated or not but it's pretty cool. And I really dig this meditation.

Doing my best to move on since forever and let go of my past. Died countless times and im still here. I know i wish to create all i wish and live my dreams before im gone I pray i get granted that wish and all my blessings i been through so much makes hell look like a cakewalk. Im unsure how much I got left here it be nice to live for a long while however all the hardships makes it seem unlikely. Either way im proud i sent so much love onto gaia and healed so much of darkness so many ungrateful people i with my true family who meditates saved this world literally with no thanks and nothing in return even so thats how much love i have for gaia its been real i just want to go out like a shooting star and live it up before my least breath.
