And this is why I follow you Sage. You put it out there and deliver the goods. You motivate this 45 year old to constantly push myself to my best. I have been following alongside your training and in two weeks I’m hoping to set a PR on my half marathon. I am running my best thanks to your videos, and tips. Thanks for all you do to help us mere mortals hit our personal goals.

Great job also Sandi, coaching, cheering, and boosting the moral a bit!

Hi coach Sage from Vo2maxproductions today with another training talk. Today, we're going to apply the aerobic base we've been working on to work on trying to get a girl to marry you. Now, in order to pop the big one, you're going to need to be running more than three times a week to reach your full potential. I mean, you can still get married on running three or four times a week, but you're not going to make her as happy as you could. If you're really dedicated, you want to run at least a hundred miles a week so you don't lose your breath before proposing.

With some training baggage you learn how keep the pace as a clock, controlling lap pace, 500m pace, 800m, etc. helps to get to know sensations vs pace.
