@@montystewart8467 thanks for your encouragement Monty, I love learning stuff from RUclips, there’s a lot to be had thanks to the creators like tamim who are willing to share their knowledge and art on here…. Cheers nick
I know you pull the silver. Very cool and ancient technique. What gauge is it? Can you say in millimeters? I think the stuff you use to oxidize the silver is sulfur. The same thing as rotten eggs. I was able to oxidize silver by sealing it up with a hard boiled egg. Commercial product is called "liver of sulphur" in English. "Welirang" is Javanese word for sulfur. You are a fine jeweler and a metalsmith. Interesting it translates as tinker. That is a very old english word! Tinker was the guy who repaired pans. You are NOT that. No, you guys are master metalsmiths. Very fine workmanship. Thanks for letting me see all this. I have started to make chains but what is called loop and loop Roman chain. Yours are more complex and lovely.
Jewelry making is a very laborious process. The master showed excellent work. I wonder if there are many jewelers looking at us here? Who is the jeweler?

...Sorry if English is so bad but I am writing with a simultaneous translator from Italian to English.
I try to rewrite a question using other words ... When you prepare the silver solder what do you put inside the crucible to melt it together?
Excellent job...I want to know what kind of material you used to make the silver black🎩🎩🎩❤️
This is where I bought the store. it's completely soaked. If you make my own favorite of the plants, in Indonesia it's wlirang..
