- This is a how to video for the Huawei Watch GT 2 where I have shown all the possible ways to Reboot also known as Soft reset, restart, shutdown & power cycle your Huawei Watch GT 2 even when the screen is not working due to a non functional app or frozen app. I have also show every possible way to reset also know as Hard Reset, format, factory reset, restore to factory setting, restore or flash the huawei watch GT 2 even when the screen is not working or the watch is just stuck & non functional. Thank you for the great video sir. I only got my watch yesterday the first 2 hours the heart monitor was working perfectly then after a update the heart rate was very low for example 125bpm when it should have been at least 160+bpm..will a factory reset help this? thank you again

In the app if you have turned on the step counter off the watch plus the Mobile app you will get different reading. you have to change it to just the watch from the dashboard top right corner. Sometimes there would be dirt stuffed in the hole of microphone if you might have taken it in a lake or something so try using something like this to clean up amzn.to/3iZLh8b try a reset and see if that works if it does not than you have to contact huawei to get the part replaced. How do I change the watches name? I can connect after a restart but the health app has a different watch name than wear os

The watch can't transfer data of hard monitor and trusleep function and can't get music from the phone

Hmm are you able to use the watch? flashing is also possible via recovery mode but I haven't seen any way to enter the recovery mode on GT 2 anywhere as I was able to do for the fossil gen 5 ruclips.net/video/pJnqE-Amt9g/видео.html If your watch is under warranty & the screen is not working you can approach Huawei as one of my subscriber did that.

I was updating my honor watch 2 and while transferring I accidently changed page in phone.. thus the watch get hanged and turned off.. now its not switching on.. purchesed today only

You can also try pressing either top or the bottom button for 10 to 15 seconds or a combination of both and see if that works. You can also put the watch in charging to see if it boosts it up. @@vidstube watch turned on by itself afterwards but now the issue is I cannot update the firmware 1.0.8.16 which is available now.. I am using honor 20 and also I tried with samsung phone.. still the update is failing once it reach 100 percentage in watch
That is strange. Did you try to reset or format your watch I guess that should fix it if not you can either contact honor via their website or return the watch to the store you bought from. let me know either way. Thanks

I did reset as I had problems connecting to my phone, the os disappeared, I get one plain screen titled "pairing" and asking to instal huawei health on my phone to pair, huawei health app points to google wear os, with Wear os, I am still unable to pair.or connect

Last option- 15 sec press of upper right button doesn't work. My phone stolen, and touchscreen of the watch is not working. Now I cannot pair it with my new phone. 15 sec press = just a restart. Please help.

I have a problem on my huawei gt2, after install of firmware updates, all the text on my watch interchanged, I can see the icon correct but the text is wrong
ex. instead of "restart" the text is "moderate pollution" , instead of "shotdown" the text is "heavy pollution"

@@vidstube my phone was and still in 12h format, never changed it to 24h format....
However, I tried to change it to 24 and back to 12 and nothing changed in my watch....
Strange I would say try to change the watchface to a default watchface not any third party one then restart the watch and see if it fixes it. Also if not try to unpair the watch from the phone & pair it back again, do a restart with the default watchface and see if that helps.

on my watch is says deviced not suported and I cant pair. run from this stupid watch . PS i have gt2 pro. it worked fine with a huawey phone. now i changed my phone and cant pair it no more.. on huaywe health it says deviced not suported. stupid don t buy it
