I have Mars in 12th in Libra at 27°. For the last 3 years, I have tried going to the gym regularly, only to get tired and burn out with it. Tropical shows it in 1st and I do seem to develop quickly, but feel I just do not have the energy for a lot of work, and believe me I can work..
With what you have shared, I would believe your Mars is in 12th. I recommend swimming, Zumba class, yoga, ti-chi-ci - try to find partner to go to these things with 🙏 Give your body plenty of rest, drink lots of water 💦 and listen to music when you can while working out. 🏋️♂️

I have mars in cancer in the 12th in tropical and in the first in sidereal (both in cancer) I HATE strenuous activity 😂 I dont have much energy and I hate sweating. Just yesterday i walked for 30 minutes and I was soooo tired. When i was younger i was fat and my daddy forced me to go to the gym. Its why i hate gyms and exercising to this day . I enjoy dancing, but i feel self concious dancing in front of people. I use to balley and do Praise dancing when i was a child.
Mars struggles greatly in cancer ♋️ and the energy just isn't there sometimes .
But Dancing 💃 is not only great movement, it's great way to connect to the Divine 🙏. I would try to get back to dancing even if it's just 30 mins. ❤️

the the principal is the same regardless of the house system. Take a look at your life and see where you seem to have more success when you start exercising for a few months. Is it in the Sidereal or is it in the tropical house .😄
