I've done almost all of your 30 and 45 minute HIIT workouts. This one is by far the hardest to complete with fidelity. The first 22 minutes, culminating with the lunge jumps, provide a tremendous thigh burn.
Oh, girrrrl, that was a sweaty sesh. Straight into hard exercises like squat jumps or squat jumps lunge back ... my quads were screaming lol. But the feeling after this challenging 45 minutes is AMAZING. Promised!!!
If u think that Pamela Reif's work outs are hard, you have not tried this one yet. I am not sure if u are a human or a supernatural.....After finishing this one Ijust feel dead and happy at the same time!!!!
OMG 😮 It’s brutal and sweaty. I had to do a 1-minute break every 10 exercises or so, otherwise I would have died of exhaustion... Famtastic workout. Thank you Anna!
Hi . I am 14 years old.on my second day of period I was able to do this killer workout with just two breaks and I was able to complete this in first try. I am reminding you that "if I can do it then you can too" .I am super proud .hope you will do the same❤❤

You might be having these "hmm, I'm kinda strong" kinda thoughts. And then you do this workout with THIS amount of burpees and push ups. The thoughts quickly take a turn. Amazing workout, though! And one to repeat for a progress! Also, it motivates me to struggle though the hard ones when seeing you across the screen, pushing in such excellent form. Thank you!
This was my first Military Monday. I needed some breaks but I finished and it feels so damned good! I could barely dip at the last burpees but I consider myself one of the burpee queens now hahaha :D I'm always amazed at what our bodies can accomplish. We rock
Love that you're including warm-up and cool-down exercises! Actually I did this one by mistake 😅 For me there were too many burpee exercises in it so I got a little bit lazy, but it still felt effective.

I've now done this workout over 50x in the past 6 months and I can tell you: - it's def one of her hardest (full body) workouts if not thee hardest - doing this 3x/wk will get you results FAST - repeatedly doing this workout will lead to excellent conditioning - which means you should then go even harder Thank you Ana ❤
Thank you for this workout, I do your exercises in an empty stomach in the morning and I have very good results. My diet is Mediterranean one with a lot of vigies and olive oil. I'm thankful to you for this amazing workouts❤
This was a brilliant and super-charged HIIT. Aptly titled as a "Military" workout. Pushed myself all the way to the edge of my limits but was feeling accomplished at the end of it for having been able to complete it.
This forever one of your best work outs. I remember two years ago when I first did this and now ~ you make me so much stronger, I follow this without breaks and I am always so proud and happy after finishing this. Hope you will do a 2.0 of this work out style some day ❤ love youuu!

wow i was actually looking for a hard workout because every youtube HIIT video is too easy.... but I played myself this was actually hard especially doing it first thing in the morning!! this is definetly advanced hahah. girls doing one leg push up while im on my knees hahaha! but i must say 40 minutes and my apple watch tracked 353 calories and 376 calories by the end of the cool down!! THANK YOU!

I honestly think this the most intense workout I've done so far. That was so fun though ! I like that you add the full workout timer (does it make sense ?), It helps me figure out when to ACTUALLY go all in. Please keep doing those
Wow Throwback Monday. I remember this from first time around and I can't believe how much stronger I felt, still an absolute killer 😂. Seen so many comments but Anna you are incredible, such a community has been built and workouts are so amazing that truly have transformed me and my life. I have a long term health condition that flares up and to have a programme that I can vary to short intervals, no jumping and strength so I can keep going as much as possible even on bad days and weeks and not loose the fitness I have been building is so amazing I cant tell you. We adore you Coach Anna 😍. See you on the mat x
My 2nd attempt and I almost did it. 2 or 3 exercises had 10sec break halfway. Sweating like crazy after 10 minutes!! After doing probably about 20 or 30 of Anna's workouts so far in last few months, this is the hardest in my opinion, which is good. I will be back to do this one for sure. Thanks Anna.

don't get me wrong, I love the warmups on your other videos, definitely super important. BUT I really really love a full 45 minute workout, this is literally PERFECT! Can you please do another full 40 minute workout or 45 minute workout without warmup/cooldown sessions? You're the best anna!

Love this workout! Challenging mix of strength and cardio exercises that got my heart rate way up, muscles tired and left me dripping. Thank you for this workout and all your others -- love that you put challenging workouts out that stretch me to improve!!
