I play alone, but after a year i only have 5.7 in tanks and planes in US and germany, but the research was killing me and o leaved it, if there was a best way to get vehicles without pay to advance the game would be enjoyable

This mission is literally incorrect for the PZ.IV. Its frontal armour can be penertrated. Tiger ii is correct since the 76mm can't penertrate the 180mm of frontal armour.
Well the tank in CoD is historical inaccurate because the sherman can penetrate the side armor of tiger 2 the thickness of middle side is 50mm i can be ammo rack.
Not so. The 76mm on the M4A3E8 that Perez commands is capable of penetrating, if not the frontal armor, than at least the side plates. For reference, the side plate is 50mm (thanks @M1A2 SEPT V3) and the frontal armor on a Tiger I, which the E8 was built to kill, is 80mm. EDIT: The armor thickness appears to be wrong. Oh, well. Still, HVAP is a thing.
RC:1136 Darman the gun looks like a 105mm howitzer which probably wouldn’t have been able to kill the Tiger before it actually got a few shots off and returned fire.

I came here to make sure I wasn’t alone! This mission ruined it for me - was having fun up until this point but had to uninstall. I couldn’t be bothered fighting against two tanks and terrible mechanics at the same time

For example I completed the german campaign on BF5 on the hardest difficulty to unlock the Tiger Skin but it was doable since they develop tank mechanics since a decade. Sledgammer couldn't manage to make a control system that worked for just 1 mission.

This is the most boring tank mission in the frenshine. It's not shooting gun at tank and boom. It's running cat and mouse. And the thing that most disturb me. MG42 can reduce the health bar of M4 Sherman.
I think cod 2 has best tank mission (you can download back2front, back 2front is adding new gun sound you can change guns,grenades in menu and in mission Crusader charge and 88 he or they added tiger tank, when i first played Crusadera charge i got one shot from Tiger when they start shooting you i even played normal mode oh and they added some new mission, but i recommend you download hardcore mode because its longest mod of the cods has many many mission, btw back2front and hardcore mod added german campaing
Aissat Czolgista more like never could lol plus tiger 1 and 2 commanders wouldn't take their tanks into a battle in the middle of a town. They knew how vulnerable and slow their tanks were in close quarters. They stuck to open country, tree fronts, and the edge of towns.
This mission was so unreasonable. They got like 2 heavy metal Panzer tanks that take 10 shots each to destroy, whereas our health goes down 1/5 per every shot, the controls are inaccurate, slow, and draggy asf, and it's a 2v1. Who has the bigger opportunity, i mean at least have a function where you can restore the health of your tank. Perez's tank must be made from Aluminum if it's that fragile.

The Sherman really wasn't a bad tank. The thing is that doctrine prescribed that the Sherman was there to support the infantry, which it was good at. They had their tank destroyers to deal with the likes of the Tigers.

Incorrect on the panzer 4 because the model in-game is the panzer 4 g which was not equipped with the upgraded armour package found on the panzer 4 H /special. The panzer 4 g in game actually has a maximum of 30mm not counting the gun mantle which had 50mm instead.
Raiden incorrect because the Sherman was incapable of penetrated a tiger from the front at any range and could only kill it from the sides where it has 80mm of armour. The sides of the tiger 2 in-gam however are also slightly sloped to raise effective thickness to about 95mm which doesn't matter anyway because the Sherman is shooting HE.
The sherman was designed for infantry support. Supporting infantry means you have to deal with whatever is attacking the infantry. Troops, PC's, TANKS, Anti-tank guns. So the idea of the game is there.
The driving is a nightmare. Then I take out a tank and I think I might actually beat this point, then I round the corner and there's the other one that shoots me dead.

This games got to be shitting me 1. "Sherman" tank is so vague so variant type has been given but seems like a late model M4 probably E8 . 2. A late model sherman could penetrate tiger I armor at short ranges how the hell does the panzer bounce shots without angling. 3. How the hell does the gun reload so fast? Plus no loader response like "on the way" "loaded" "ready to fire" 4. 3 engine shots by tiger I on sherman and does not explode while friends sherman cooked up by a frontal shot by pz4. While sherman manages to explode both pz 4 and tiger I engines? 5. Gun so accurate on movement while in reality the gun would not shoot straight while moving.Why are AP rounds exploding like HE shells on buildings and ground unless Shermans running 105 with HE? I understand its a game but seriously? 1 sherman takes out 3 tanks while surviving 2 frontal and 3 engine hits and a couple panzershreks i guess its the "Fury" tank 😂

AntiMensch the way you drive it, when you are driving the tank you can only see what’s in front of you through a periscope, and the driving controls are literally the same tank controls from WaW so don’t even start on that. And in order to destroy a tank you need to hit behind it and destroy it from the rear, not just shooting at it, if eight year olds like you actually researched this and knew what WW2 was actually like, you wouldn’t dare complain because it was much harder than this.

the first time i played this mission on my friends playstation i was like ‘this some bullshit’ like, this game really thought that a sherman couldn’t pin a panzer 4 in the front lmao
i turned my in game mouse sensitivity to 10, turned my mouse sensitivity all the way to the max... took me 31 drags across my entire mouse pad to do a full 360 degree turn. impossible and angering to play on veteran.
In this video, there are flaws. 1) Encounter with the Panzer IV 7.6cm, the Sherman 76mm is unable to knock it out in a well placed shot. In reality, that will knock out a Panzer IV. 2) 75mm M3 L/40 should have knocked out the Panzer IV and the Tiger-II's 88mm side Armor and Turret. 3) After the Tank Duel, German Soldiers tries to take out a Sherman with Machineguns. A Machinegun against a TANK. 4) Isn't this mission take place in Italy 1943? There were no Tiger-II's back then and they were still in Prototype Stages and Easy Eight Shermans or other 76mm Shermans did not arrive either.
One of the most difficult missions in terms of controls.. tried like like 12 times maybe, and still no success.. the turret doesn't have any control in pc like using Q and E

The Sherman really wasn't a bad tank. The thing is that doctrine prescribed that the Sherman was there to support the infantry, which it was good at. They had their tank destroyers to deal with the likes of the Tigers.

Everybody knows this “remastered” version of CoD WWII is shit. WaW was a lot better, more gore, you can actually get one shoted by a Panther tank and 8.8cm flak in Blood and Iron.
I’m just saying that this mission sucks, there’s no excitement, no fun, and no challenge even in hard difficulty, it just sucks balls. WaW was a lot more better, lot harder, and during Blood and Iron, lots of tanks and panzerschreks making it difficult to survive

Actually, it penetrates almost 100mm of steel at 100m with the 75mm m3.
Incorrect on the panzer 4 because the model in-game is the panzer 4 g which was not equipped with the upgraded armour package found on the panzer 4 H /special. The panzer 4 g in game actually has a maximum of 30mm not counting the gun mantle which had 50mm instead.
Raiden incorrect because the Sherman was incapable of penetrated a tiger from the front at any range and could only kill it from the sides where it has 80mm of armour. The sides of the tiger 2 in-gam however are also slightly sloped to raise effective thickness to about 95mm which doesn't matter anyway because the Sherman is shooting HE.

The sherman was designed for infantry support. Supporting infantry means you have to deal with whatever is attacking the infantry. Troops, PC's, TANKS, Anti-tank guns. So the idea of the game is there.
The driving is a nightmare. Then I take out a tank and I think I might actually beat this point, then I round the corner and there's the other one that shoots me dead.

2. A late model sherman could penetrate tiger I armor at short ranges how the hell does the panzer bounce shots without angling.
3. How the hell does the gun reload so fast? Plus no loader response like "on the way" "loaded" "ready to fire"
4. 3 engine shots by tiger I on sherman and does not explode while friends sherman cooked up by a frontal shot by pz4. While sherman manages to explode both pz 4 and tiger I engines?
5. Gun so accurate on movement while in reality the gun would not shoot straight while moving.Why are AP rounds exploding like HE shells on buildings and ground unless Shermans running 105 with HE?

AntiMensch the way you drive it, when you are driving the tank you can only see what’s in front of you through a periscope, and the driving controls are literally the same tank controls from WaW so don’t even start on that. And in order to destroy a tank you need to hit behind it and destroy it from the rear, not just shooting at it, if eight year olds like you actually researched this and knew what WW2 was actually like, you wouldn’t dare complain because it was much harder than this.

i turned my in game mouse sensitivity to 10, turned my mouse sensitivity all the way to the max... took me 31 drags across my entire mouse pad to do a full 360 degree turn. impossible and angering to play on veteran.

I finished it in pc in medium difficulty after many tries i managed to finish it without doing anything in settings 😂
In this video, there are flaws.
1) Encounter with the Panzer IV 7.6cm, the Sherman 76mm is unable to knock it out in a well placed shot. In reality, that will knock out a Panzer IV.
2) 75mm M3 L/40 should have knocked out the Panzer IV and the Tiger-II's 88mm side Armor and Turret.
3) After the Tank Duel, German Soldiers tries to take out a Sherman with Machineguns. A Machinegun against a TANK.
4) Isn't this mission take place in Italy 1943? There were no Tiger-II's back then and they were still in Prototype Stages and Easy Eight Shermans or other 76mm Shermans did not arrive either.
The mission was in Germany, and Tiger 2s were out.
I just can't... This mission is a pain in the ass. Makes me wanna set my Xbox on fire...

One of the most difficult missions in terms of controls.. tried like like 12 times maybe, and still no success.. the turret doesn't have any control in pc like using Q and E
