    Hi do you happen to know if I want to transfer pic from my computer to the embroidery machine if I need specific usb stick ?

    • @Mybernette
      @Mybernette  28 дней назад

      Dear @monicagarcia-pg2ex, you don’t need a specific USB stick but we recommend using a BERNINA USB stick as these have been tested to ensure compatibility.
      If you are using another stick, make sure the USB stick storage size is not bigger than 32 GB and it is formatted as FAT 32.

    I need to know how to assemble the cutwork tool straight from the box. How does the "cutter"/knife stay in the "wheel"???

    • @Mybernette
      @Mybernette  2 года назад

      Dear Barbara Bomba, the small screw on the BERNINA CutWork Tool can and should only be loosened slightly (not to be unscrewed completely). When the BERNINA CutWork needle is replaced, please note that the screw meets the flat area for the BERNINA CutWork needle to be pressed into the correct cutting direction. The cylindrical shaft of the BERNINA CutWork needle must not be damaged so that it does not get stuck in the BERNINA CutWork Tool. Please note that only original BERNINA CutWork needle can be used.

    Do I need the software to use the cutwork?

    • @Mybernette
      @Mybernette  3 года назад +1

      Dear Κικιρικου Μανταλακια, you need the software to edit or create CutWork designs but not when using ready-made designs. These you can just open on the machine.

    Can the stitch plate on the b70 be changed to use this CutWork tool?

    • @Mybernette
      @Mybernette  2 года назад

      The same stitch plate can be used. There is no need to change the stitch plate for the CutWork tool.

    Was shopping today at my local Bernina supplier and they couldn't answer if the Bernina Cutwork foot will work on my Bernette 79. Is it the same foot or is there a Bernette Cutwork foot/tool? thank you

    • @Mybernette
      @Mybernette  2 года назад

      Hi Debby, there is no extra foot needed, you can use the standard embroidery foot that is included. For this reason the BERNINA CutWork tool only is available (without foot).

    Just checked your store in Australia and couldn’t find the tool ... where can I get this from in Melbourne Australia and are there any lessons/tutorials/workbooks on using it? I have a b79

    • @Mybernette
      @Mybernette  4 года назад

      Hi Sabrina, please go to your dealer, I am sure he can order the tool for you. If not, please get in touch with BERNINA Australia: www.bernina.com/en-AU/Footer-en-AU/Feedback-and-Service-Pages/Contact-us.
      There is a CutWork workbook (see www.bernina.com/de/SupportData/Software/CutWork-Software/CutWork_EN_A4-de). These tutorials are not made with or for bernette machines though. If you plan to use CutWork on your b70 DECO or b79 please watch the video above.
