Idk how Brian is able to hold himself back from destroying the enemy team's mental. If I was vsing someone who said "??? idiot" and then I killed them under their own tower because they were too cocky to just recall, I would've responded with "??? idiot" to land the final blow. answering the "why viktor top": Viktor scales nice into lategame and ther farming simulator of toplane is nice for him, unless you face a ghost+ignite Darius. You can farm FS and get your augments with minions, plus if you manage to get a kill the better. Lets say the pace in toplane is slower and that benefits Viktor in a way ---- just as Ryze is (was) also played in the top lane sometimes. This depends on the playstyle of who is playing tho. I personally, as a main viktor, find it quite nice, tho there are matchups and matchups.
