Just a short little video on how to get more confidence while riding, as I get a-lot of comments asking for tips, and these are the general ideas of what I do to help myself when I'm not feeling so confident. My instructor makes me feel safe while riding.
My riding is good it’s just my confidence holding me back so she helps me with that and we work on that.

haha I actually play football and the breathing and the soft eyes can actually be used to! I did it last week as I get nervous before games and helped a-lot ❤

Thank you, this is really helpful. I think for me it’s primarily social anxiety which means that I feel too judged and nervous to focus on myself. I guess I just don’t give it my all because I’m afraid of what others will say about my attempts.
I honesty feel that, I definitely think it’s something that you just have to take your time with and build up your comfort zone by experience💕 over time you’ll find yourself realising that everyone is in the same boat and really just all worrying about themselves 🤍
