Thanks for the vid and explaining which trails you took. This year we r going to Beaver C. and I have to make sure that my wife..who only skis a couple of days because of me… has access to easy and wide trails. Thanks to your post I was able to show her how easy the Rec Buffalo Park is to ski. That will take her anxiety away.
Thanks for the comment 👍I always have to ski a run first to let my wife know if she can handle it. Unless it is a green run. questionable blue runs I'LL film it , let her watch it and decide.
So awesome! What a great run! Being primarily a northeast skier, nice not to hear the chatter of ice under your skis. You skiers out west are very lucky!! Enjoy!!
great video. i know Beaver Creek very well, 5 times down there..... im checking out for different place to go, but definitely is the best !!! i will go for my 6th.
Btw that was only the summit from the top chair. I made snow for 4 years there There's a whole open field of snow above that point that is called the football fields. Above that is the actual summit. It's out of bounds but it's the bomb.
@@raptor5498 Yeah. I saw you reply with this information on another of your videos. Good detail. I like it. I went out and bought a 9. But, couldn't find a gimbal last minute though, unfortunately.
I was wondering, as someone from the east coast who has been on 3,000 foot elevations with no issues, will I have any trouble getting used to these altitudes?
Great video production, congratulation!👍From what hight did you start the descend?8'50'' the whole descend ,how ling did it take you to go back on top? 2 days?4 days🤣🙋🥳And If you forget something ,like keys e.g.,or reading glasses,or phone on a table you are in real trouble then!🤣,oh and I forgot to ask you: don't you people have a regulation to shout on the slope when entering an aria of other participants to skying activity? In my country they shout : PARTIEEEE! What do you shout in US?🥳🥳🥂Cheers☃️🎶
Thank you for the great comment. Beaver creek summit is at 11,440 and the vertical drop from summit to base is about 3000 feet. I do not remember how long the chair ride back up was I would guess at about 20 minutes as you have to take 2 lifts to get to the top.
What no Stone Creek Chutes with the handheld? Wimp.... GJ staying clear of the novice skiers. It always pisses me off when people treat them like slalom gates.
Amazing video! Thank you! It’s great resource for advanced beginners who want to enjoy a top to bottom run
Fantasic! Thanks for sharing….like heaven on earth.😇
Thank you! Just the sound of the skis, no music or jabbering.
You're welcome

I did that run 2 days ago, snows been great
What runs are these, and what are they ranked? (Green, blue, black, double black)
Red Buffalo and cinch are green runs, gold dust is a blue run.

Wow thats awesome. I always thought there was something above the lift there.
Nice video! What camera and mount did you use? Looked like you were holding the camera in your hand.
Thank you. I used the gopro hero6 with the karma gimbal in my hand and the camera was set to 4k at 60fps.
Great video. Thanks for posting
Thank you
Good shit, thanks for posting.
Thank you
im so excited to go there in february
This place is awesome. February is a great time to go.
Red Buffalo is great until about 12:30pm when the moguls turn it from a green to a double black diamond😂
I love this course I skied the red Buffalo today it was 20 mph winds and a complete white out we couldn’t make it to the bottom conditions were so bad
White out conditions definitely makes for a challenging day. So how did you get down did you take the gondola back down from the midway?
@@raptor5498 we took the gondala down the rest of the way also it was rlly cold
What camera is this?
Gopro hero6 with the karma gimbal running at 4k at 60 fps

Just stay hydrated and you should be fine
I would give yourself a day or 2 to actually acclimate to it before doing much. It shouldn't be much trouble after that.
Awesome
