After seeing Castles of Burgundy being so present in your lists, I decided to download the digital version and give it another try (I basically sold my copy after my one play). Stay safe!
Love your list! I’ve tried this game called Lagim - a collectible card game based on the Philippines’s folklore and mythology. The art work of this game set is also impressive.

Nice, very fun list, and especially the reveal of Sunniva's #1 was exciting. And a good amount of overlap with my favorites. Grand Austria Hotel, Concordia, Lignum, Vinhos, Lisboa, and Feast for Odin would all make my top 50. Bruxelles would fall just outside but is great. And Madeira and Brass are top 5 games for me, they're so good. I do think I have a slight preference for the original over Birmingham, maybe because I've played it more I don't know. But I'm happy to own both, they're different enough for when I want to shake things up a bit but similar enough to provide the same core Brass experience I love.

Harder to play a game that last f.ex 10 hours over multiple sessions, as it’s harder to remember your strategy, to get back into the flow and so on. Just speculations, but I’m pretty sure it’s some of the reasons most people enjoy shorter games, and not having to play them over multiple sessions
