Some areas in Cali have both Carl’s Jr. & Green Burrito. Hell, I found a KFC & Long John Silvers.
I’m assuming they do it online so if there’s poor reviews on their products they can blame it on the time to take it home. It’s a way of avoiding their actual criticisms

Hey guys just a heads up, it's called a ghost kitchen and it's actually very common. My job has a main restaurant and we currently operate 3 different ghost kitchens. It's because we get pretty busy with dine ins, and if people ordered from all of the different restaurants for dine in it would be difficult to manage in terms of serving and such.

YES you can have multiple menus serving out of one location. they're clled DIGITAL RESTAURANTS and you can create them on most food delivery apps to cater to niche markets or to highlight specific menus items

The saggy sandwich was a Ruben. It has pastrami ( I believe), sauerkraut (which explains the sour taste and wetness, and thousand island dressing. The dude needed to drain the sauerkraut a bit. Must’ve taken it from the jar and just threw it right on.
Or.. maybe y’all let the sandwiches sit for hours so the bread got soggy and the other got stale.
