BV, what you're doing is amazing and I'm glued to this project. I started watching when you were painting Crustina and I've been a subscriber ever since. Good work bro.
The best thing about this build is your father helping you out watching his son turn into the master in his craft that he set out to be that is the best part so far your father guiding you keep up the good work 🗣let’s go🏁
Add 1/8" plate where tying into sheet metal pillers or structure. Like in NHRA rule book specifies 6x6 plate obviously this is not practical all the time but will spread out load.
You should put the diff and driveshaft in before you weld anything just to make sure all the angles are correct so you don't have any binding. If you don't have a driveshaft yet use some tie rope to simulate the angle and this way you will know if you need to notch that center section of floor board also.
Dude! You're killing it Adam, just keep doing what you're doing. This has by far been the noisy interesting build to date. Although i have gone back and watched the ek rhd conversion videos also, lol. Look forward to the next one!
I switched from the fiber death wheels to Lenox Metal Max diamond cutoff wheels for my 4.5” grinder. They are a bit pricey but safer and lasts “1000” cuts (as advertised but I’ve never counted).
It looks good so far bro. Idk if anyone mentioned it but make sure you plate the b pillar where you plan on welding that frame you are making. That way you don’t fuck shit up on the first rip.
BlackSpottedZebra good idea on the shirts, I’d say put “You know what it is” on the front left, maybe above a pocket or on one in smaller font. Then “im out” On the back in some way. Idk
😋👌🏼 betty white is one of a kind man this is gonna be a special honda LS accord so far so good bode I already vision this image but still lots of work I'm cheering for you man you got this 💪🏼😤 #bodesquad #projectbettywhite
It's coming along great. It's weight ratio back to front I'm worrying about uni body car with full frame built . Gto uni body with just that sub Fram not much weight. So IL watch and you build..
Cool project...watching your channel all the way over the pond in the UK. 😎🇬🇧... Just a thought ..how about a roll cage? Strengthen the whole car up and let's face it...who wouldn't when it's gonna be a monster when your done? 👌
Rear idea look's great how ever you should make plate's to weld the custom rear frame to the B pillar's pro welder's do it to strengthen the area they weld steel to also a roll bar for a truck could help so a center hoop then the lateral bars down the back then connect them to the cust rear frame section's.
@@BodeVision Definitely plate the pillars. As I said above, you would do yourself a favour in running the rails forward and tieing the whole frame together and then stitch the frame to the honda floor. A LOT more work, but long term would be much stronger.
Love everything! You got the vision man!! Cant wait to see it done but love watching the progress. R we gonna wait for a color reveal or have u even thought about it yet? I wanna see it "panda" but i know you probly dont want it too plain.... I just think it would pull off sleeper a lil better with panda color scheme
I just started watching ur videos, I like the idea of putting american muscle in a foreign car..i just wanted to say.. When welding with argon or CO2 u need to stay out of wind..I will make ur welds look better and stronger..Just saying.. keep up the work..
Yo, your content is awesome and its really good. You deserve more views. I think your not getting very mean views bc the way you got your videos titled. Try to title your videos more like stuff people search. For example for this video I'd put V8 HONDA at the start of the title and then the other stuff. So when people search RUclips your video would pop up first bc its exactly what they Typed in. I'm not trying to tell how to run your channel. Im just giving you advice form a viewer perspective. Again, love the videos dont stop bro
Wonder what’s going to happen when you take a turn hard or try to drift... and is that rear end posi? Or what... if one wheel spins would it rip those pillars and twist the body? Who knows but we’ll see! Awesome so far though!
I'd probably run those legs forward upto the front rails and then stitch the body to them with fish plates to each of the pillars. The front and rear are going to be fairly stuff with very little strength in the middle. Probably wont be much of an issue safety wise but its going to flex and compromise handling. A cage tied to each point and then the pillars would be another solution, but grafting a chassis into the floor would be cleaner and also give you trans and seat mounts
It would be pretty wise to grind your butt joint welds flush and then add a "fish plate" to them. but joints aren't inherently strong, especially when they're one bead.
Man you are most def one of the most talented people in the automotive RUclips scene.
Christopher hey man! Thanks so much! You’re awesome
That's a fact. He deff is one of the most talented Auto Body/ Fabricator
BV, what you're doing is amazing and I'm glued to this project. I started watching when you were painting Crustina and I've been a subscriber ever since. Good work bro.
Now this is making me get busy putting my 5.3 into my Astro van. Thank You for the inspiration.
The suspense of waiting for these vids suck. But so worth it watching this progress each upload. 🙌🙌🙌
The best thing about this build is your father helping you out watching his son turn into the master in his craft that he set out to be that is the best part so far your father guiding you keep up the good work 🗣let’s go🏁
Looks great man i know how much you love that car. So i know cutting her up like that is a little tough. Gonna be a sick ride when its done!
Just let you know, haven’t missed a video and I’m taking notes Sensai.
Add 1/8" plate where tying into sheet metal pillers or structure. Like in NHRA rule book specifies 6x6 plate obviously this is not practical all the time but will spread out load.
Looking good man. For those front subframe mounts i'd just put a peice across the corners.. triangles are strong my man
Just to let you know I’m a strong believer of your work can’t wait for the next episode see you then
So Betty White is getting a new T and A. She is definitely a Florida girl
U r a genius thts all i can say, a job like this tht would take the average guy 1-3 years to build ur doing it in a month or two, awesome bro
First ever Accord LS. Can't wait to see you go fishing with it!
The 3geez community is excited for this one man, making a lot of people’s dreams come true with this build. Anything is possible
Love how you just dive in and go for it. Keep it up!
You should put the diff and driveshaft in before you weld anything just to make sure all the angles are correct so you don't have any binding. If you don't have a driveshaft yet use some tie rope to simulate the angle and this way you will know if you need to notch that center section of floor board also.
I've been binging. I love that your are fearless and not afraid to do whatever it takes. You are doing a great job and I love the videos
It's coming together very nicely can't wait to hear her run 😊

Man this is going to be so sick wen it’s all together...a legend in the making both you and the car.
Wow that's a lot of cutting, but it had to be done. Awesome
Awesome progress on a rear sub-frame frame as for a front brace integrate a driveshaft hoop just my two cents 👍👍from this guy
Looks good. If it was me i would tie the front to the back with 2x3. great job
Dude! You're killing it Adam, just keep doing what you're doing. This has by far been the noisy interesting build to date. Although i have gone back and watched the ek rhd conversion videos also, lol. Look forward to the next one!
This channel is underrated!
I'm definitely digging this build. Jimmy Oakes is building a pretty sweet Civic coupe RWD conversion too but I think I like your build a bit more.
Your custom skillz are much improved Grasshopper!
4GsRacing lol thanks man!
It's coming along nicely. Another great video 👍👍🇨🇱
I switched from the fiber death wheels to Lenox Metal Max diamond cutoff wheels for my 4.5” grinder. They are a bit pricey but safer and lasts “1000” cuts (as advertised but I’ve never counted).

It has to be for fun. A friend tried telling me I wouldn't make a profit on my body swap...I agreed...he was confused :)
It looks good so far bro. Idk if anyone mentioned it but make sure you plate the b pillar where you plan on welding that frame you are making. That way you don’t fuck shit up on the first rip.
I love it so far trame should be penty strong for what your doing keep up the good work your in the slow phase but will speed up soon
Can’t wait to see the finish project 👍🏽👍🏽 entertaining as usual
lovely stuff
This thing is looking fantastic! Love the thought process stuff.
side note: You need to get a "You know what it is...I'm out!" shirt in the works
BlackSpottedZebra good idea on the shirts, I’d say put “You know what it is” on the front left, maybe above a pocket or on one in smaller font. Then “im out” On the back in some way. Idk
😋👌🏼 betty white is one of a kind man this is gonna be a special honda LS accord so far so good bode I already vision this image but still lots of work I'm cheering for you man you got this 💪🏼😤

I def understand your 'measuring twice (or more times) and, cutting once ethos.
I'll be here for the next one
It's coming along great. It's weight ratio back to front I'm worrying about uni body car with full frame built . Gto uni body with just that sub Fram not much weight. So IL watch and you build..
I love your intros
Cool project...watching your channel all the way over the pond in the UK. 😎🇬🇧... Just a thought ..how about a roll cage? Strengthen the whole car up and let's face it...who wouldn't when it's gonna be a monster when your done? 👌
looking back at this build, would it have been easier to have body swapped it instead?
That rugrats sheet though
Your killing it homie!
High five

Bryden Al solid call! Ill look in to that

Man, this thing is going to be wide and sexy! Great video man! Can’t wait for the next.
It’s a banger 🔥
The build is coming along awesomely. Have you considered joining the new rear chassis to the new front chassis?
I think once he knows exactly where the front and rear frames will live permanently, then he'll join everything together.
^^ this man knows
Turning vision into reality 1 video at a time

Rip it apart then stitch it back together stronger than before.
Love everything! You got the vision man!! Cant wait to see it done but love watching the progress. R we gonna wait for a color reveal or have u even thought about it yet? MIKE HENSLEY hey man! I’m waiting on committing and thinking about it in the time being.
I’ve seen an early civic hatch with an LS at Bristol drag strip in 2010 but it was in a burnout contest and broke first 10 sec
Sick asfk
I just started watching ur videos, I like the idea of putting american muscle in a foreign car..i just wanted to say.. When welding with argon or CO2 u need to stay out of wind..I will make ur welds look better and stronger..Just saying.. keep up the work..
