Really, Ariel Posen from the Brothers Landreth, pretty sure he gets plenty of recognition :D Not saying he isn't great. This channel has grown to be a thing on it's own, a great way to showcase talent gear and ideas.
"I've got a fever, and the only prescription is MORE COWBELL!!!!! Lmao. I love the chemistry between Ariel+DP. You guys compliment each other absolutely perfectly and they make it fun! ☮️ from the States!
Pete just cracks me up man! I would really enjoy to share a beer with Pete and the guys from the Andertons channel and just talk about music! Much love from Barcelona!
Always enjoy Andertons, however, this AC3 with the effect tails caught my attention. Most other multi-effects that I've seen or used seem to cut off the effect if it's turned off or de-selected and that is frequently a criticism I hear of the "big gun/$$" units. This seems different.
Great! Finally something for acoustic players! Love both guys' playing. Maybe, as a study, pick a good acoustic amp and compare top shelf acoustic pickups next!
To be honest, I thought that the "guitar conversion" feature would sound gimmicky, but it's actually pretty damn decent, especially for the price of the pedal. Nice.
Great! Very nice presentation of Zoom AC3 .... I have Yamaha SLG200N (nylon) and I am interested in possibility to get realistic sound of a steel string guitar (Jambo, Dreadnought, 12 Strings...) via Zoom AC3? Thank you in advance for help.
A PAD is a "passive attenuation device," which is fancy talk for a passive device that reduces your level. They are most Mostly commonly, they will drop your level by 20dB.
hey guys, tried this at my local guitar shop and was a bit disappointed to find out that the input circuitry goes straight to a "preset" selector without a bypass or off control which right away alters my direct/dry input. not to mention it doesn't have any Taylor present in it. Am I missing something here? otherwise, great gear.
Your 12 string has the small strings mounted above the large strings... Is this normal for Taylor's? Just asking because I've played for almost 40 years and owned 3 different 12 strings. All were opposite of your's in how they are stringed. I love the sound of yours. It adds to the highs I think. Im considering getting a new nut and cutting it to fit like yours..... or is this just soemthing you do differently? Thanks in advance...
Hi, thanks for the review and I can see you had fun playing around. Can I connect the output of ZOOM AC3 to acoustic guitar input like Yamaha THR5A or Marshall AS50D or orange crush Acoustic 30? The reason for this is I like the Shimmer effect (Pad) and would like to use it for professional performances with acoustic guitar amp.... Will this ruin my Zoom AC3 or acoustic guitar amp? In other words, will such acoustic guitar amplifiers support line level input from Zoom AC3 (Left/mono OUT)
How can you switch from one tone preset to another while playing live? Are you going to turn the tone selector with your fingers while playing live? Or can you do it with your foot while playing live? Anyone? Thanks!
I need a new acoustic amp. Could you please do some of the best review? It's not all about the guitars.... Wait what am I saying, it is but lets show some love for some amps
I like the sound of your guitar. What pickups have you got in your guitar? I want to pur pickup(s) in my Lakewood 12, and am interested in hearing what you are using.
My thoughs on this pedal are that it sounds nice but a few things about it suck for example unlike the A2.1u (which broke after many years of reliable service and needs to be replaced) you dont have banks for user patch presets for different stored effect settings....kinda limited to whatever sound you dial in unless you want to be physically change settings live .....no way im gonna do that between songs all night . You also you cant use mod effects at the same time as reverb ......it's one or the other whereas the old zoom a2.1u let you combine those effects with independant control of both ........this missing feature makes this a deal breaker for me .....i guess ill be buying the Zoom A4 acoustic pedal which seems not as rugged and less intuitive but is really the only acoustic multi effect/D.I. box option for my acoustic pedalboard that i can see giving me the flexibility i need for my live sound.
What happens when the clipping light lits green? I read the manual, it says that decrease the pickup's gain when the clipping light is red but says nothing about it being green.
Green tends to be an international color for GO. So if your clip yellow (warning) or red (over the top of the range) bring your guitar's volume control down, or into the green zone.
Great review and playing. Can you guys do a demo on the new Faith PJE Legacy series acoustic guitars? RUclipsland seems to be shy of decent review on them.
Hello, first of all! congratulation for the Video! you guys are amazing!!!! i would like to ask you something about electric guitar usage, is it possible to plug an electic guitar in it? first of all, would it work? if yes, once i get the sound can i use it like an acoustic simulator? Thanks
The life of a gear-demonstrator: lowden guitars one day, zoom products the next. BTW When will Andertons start stocking Lowden guitars? They are my favorite acoustic guitar brand by far!
I love how cold Ariel is when he nails Für Elise at 15:19 as if it was nothing
well done Pete for holding it together for a take.
jeez it sounds beautiful
HoshiHearts RetroGaming I thought the same thing. For less than 300 it's astounding. Wonder how much of it is the guitar and the player 😀
Once I saw Pete... with the straightest face ever, playing cowbell... I was done. Love the Hawaiian shirts boys. Rock On Andertons TV
Pete and Ariel are brilliant together, both musically, and as personalities.
Beautiful tones by both Pete and Ariel ... great job guys
So glad I found this! Great review, great personalities, great playing, great sound, great everything. That intro had me in stitches.
How much to employ Pete as my metronome?
He is cheap!
Beer and...yea
A metro-gnome?
@Andertons, is he easy, tho?
@morphine0000 Like sunday morning
Ariel is the most underrated guitar player on Andertons. Pete wasn't too shabby on the cowbell either
Really, Ariel Posen from the Brothers Landreth, pretty sure he gets plenty of recognition :D Not saying he isn't great. This channel has grown to be a thing on it's own, a great way to showcase talent gear and ideas.
If the Intro would have gone on for the remaining 24 minutes, I think I still would have watched it.
Pete is the best drummer in the world 😍😂
2 of my favorite guitarists
Exactly, more cowbell, back to the '70s.
The coolest acoustic pedal I've ever heard in my life
Pete is officially the best on this channel. Classic
Dude i just can't get over how funny pete looked :D
"I've got a fever, and the only prescription is MORE COWBELL!!!!! Lmao. I love the chemistry between Ariel+DP. You guys compliment each other absolutely perfectly and they make it fun! ☮️ from the States!
This sounds amazing! I need to buy one.
Pete just cracks me up man! I would really enjoy to share a beer with Pete and the guys from the Andertons channel and just talk about music!
Much love from Barcelona!
I would totally buy an album that just consists of tracks that pete plays in any of his reviews.
Pete at the beginning of the video is litteraly me every monday morning walking into the classroom. That "What the F### is life" look :Dd
Best Anderton's intro!
When Pete started playing the nylon+PAD effect I immediately started having flashbacks of YES in the mid-late '70s.
Thanks guy's Wishing all at Anderton's a Merry Christmas. : )
Great playing guys - super
Im in love with this...i was about to order tonewood amp.. but i think im going for this one
Love the helmet Pete I wear one just like it
BRILLIANT playing guys loved every minute. And why would anyone not fall for that Taylor 12 string?
Always enjoy Andertons, however, this AC3 with the effect tails caught my attention. Most other multi-effects that I've seen or used seem to cut off the effect if it's turned off or de-selected and that is frequently a criticism I hear of the "big gun/$$" units. This seems different.
Thats quite the stick Pete!
sounds great
Great! Finally something for acoustic players!
Love both guys' playing.
Maybe, as a study, pick a good acoustic amp and compare top shelf acoustic pickups next!
Ariel: We're gonna film Acoustic Paradiso now.
Pete: Want me to STICK around?
It appears that mixing Danes and Canadians leads to STRANGENESS!
They both play so TASTY
Highly entertaining to say the least.
That intro, absolutely hilarious!
You guys just sold this to me.
I need this in my life
To be honest, I thought that the "guitar conversion" feature would sound gimmicky, but it's actually pretty damn decent, especially for the price of the pedal. Nice.
Pete is a musical guiness !!!!
Wonder what a bass guitar would sound like through this?
Great! Very nice presentation of Zoom AC3 ....
I have Yamaha SLG200N (nylon) and I am interested in possibility to get realistic sound of a steel string guitar (Jambo, Dreadnought, 12 Strings...) via Zoom AC3?
Thank you in advance for help.
cowbell sounds amazing.
Have a quick question. I installed an LR Baggs Lyric mic pickup with active electronics. What’s the proper Pickup setting?
I like when Pete does jazz stuff...
Good demo guys !
what's better the ac-3 the boss ad- 10 the fishman deq or the Mesa rosette ? That's what I would love to have some opinions on
I have never owned an acoustic guitar but I love watching these guys play, amazing the pair of them.
Needs more cowbell tho.....
I would like to know how you compare this to the T Rex acoustic Soulmate. Your demo of the Soulmate was nice.
What’s the song/chord pattern Ariel plays from @13:25 onwards?
A PAD is a "passive attenuation device," which is fancy talk for a passive device that reduces your level. They are most Mostly commonly, they will drop your level by 20dB.
How are they coming into the pedal stereo??? One is coming from the guitar jack... where is the other coming from??? Or are they doing mono???
There were so many moments in this video where Mick would have said "Anyway!!" and put it back on track lol.
That second one sounds great.
Question: If you use the 12 string input on the right target but another non-12 on the left like a D-28. Does it cancel your 12 string sound.
Ah back in the day when DP was on that snow white
sounds beautiful, i just miss a mic input for vocals, such as with boss or tc
hey guys, tried this at my local guitar shop and was a bit disappointed to find out that the input circuitry goes straight to a "preset" selector without a bypass or off control which right away alters my direct/dry input. not to mention it doesn't have any Taylor present in it. Has this piece a kind of "freeze" effect?
Your 12 string has the small strings mounted above the large strings... Is this normal for Taylor's? Just asking because I've played for almost 40 years and owned 3 different 12 strings. Rickenbackers are stringed high-first as well.
Epic 👌
Hello friends ... what model is the Taylor you use? great sound sounds great, thanks
On Rob Chapmans channel the guitar brand Faith are doing a competition that you can win some nice acoustics in.
Oh man i would buy this only for that last effect (plus the rest of things that have).
Is the guitar input balanced?????
Hi, thanks for the review and I can see you had fun playing around. Can I connect the output of ZOOM AC3 to acoustic guitar input like Yamaha THR5A or Marshall AS50D or orange crush Acoustic 30? That Taylor sounds fabulous .. .. is it the 150e ??
I kept waiting to here SRV- Life by the drop

May I ask what guitar is that? It sounds bloody lovely and I've always wanted a 12 string, thanks :)
Zoom AC-3 Vs NUX nap-5?
What is better, and why?
Great review and playing. Can you guys do a demo on the new Faith PJE Legacy series acoustic guitars? RUclipsland seems to be shy of decent review on them.
Are you alright Pete? ^^
He's never alright.... :)
Well that ones true, at least his playing is very far from just "alright", when are we finally gonna get the Captain meets Danish Pete?
In the words of a great wise man "More Cowbell"
Awesome
16:46 Did Pete just swallow his pick?
17:20 Nevermind.
Keep repeating "reckon". Great vid !
Hello, first of all! congratulation for the Video! you guys are amazing!!!! i would like to ask you something about electric guitar usage, is it possible to plug an electic guitar in it? first of all, would it work? if yes, once i get the sound can i use it like an acoustic simulator?

The crazy Boys, so cool!🤣TOP Video!
I laughed soooo hard at the intro when he camera switched to Pete...
Could you guys maybe some Godin guitars?
i wondered if a person can run the ac3 into a boss ve8
What’s best to plug this into
FRFR?
Or amp or what
I've never hit "like" faster!
Can somebody remind me what the intro song was?? its really killing me
The life of a gear-demonstrator: lowden guitars one day, zoom products the next.
BTW When will Andertons start stocking Lowden guitars? They are my favorite acoustic guitar brand by far!
best intro ever!!!!!!!!!!! more helmet!!!!!!!
Interesting decision to use a 12 string for most of the review..
I agree
bit of a head scratcher.
Agreed. Really hard to get an objective listen, since the 12 has a very specific and unique sound even with no effects.
Bloody pointless, given the percentage of players using a 12 string vs 6 string. #fail
Cowbell Pete, sounds like a wild west version of danish pete. : )
Papa's Got a Brand New Gigbag
What's the name of the intro song ??
Blue Oyster Cult " Dont Fear The Reaper"
hahahaha... best video intro ever!!!!
