That's basically what I tried to simulate with my Helix. I add the acoustic sim since I don't have an acoustic guitar. What I do (I think it can be done with the Boss Octave) is send the 5th and 6th strings (and a bit of the 4th) only, to the Octave Pedal so I can simulate a bass player while playing. Great sound and tips. Thanks for sharing.

You have great playing skills and great tone with that thing. I've seen people use Wah pedals with acoustic for lead with great effect. Curious what pickup you are using.

@@SamHortonMusic I just bought a Taylor 314 50th anniversary with torrefied sound board. Makes me think I can get good plugged in tone with it with some EQ. Thinking of getting a cheap IR loader from TC Electronic.
