The best coffee in Mexico City is in La Esquis, located on Roldán Street, behind the National Palace...

There's actually a coffee sort of speakeasy in Col. Roma where a toasting plant has tables and chairs on-site, and in that private corridor there are galleries and such, you have to knock on their door, and go past security, etc, ive heard its some of the best coffee in town...dang if i can remember the name

Funny you are talking about the food being salty .Just a few hours ago I went to eat at on the border Mexican restaurant here in North Carolina I ordered two birria tacos and they were very salty also the food here at on the border Mexican restaurant is Tex-Mex .I grew up in San Diego and lived in San Diego California all my life and went across the border into California for years so I know Mexican food pretty good and Tex-Mex is not it.

Hi! Thanks for your comment. Such a pity when food is too salty especially Mexican food that consists so many nice and rich flavors and the salt just takes the authentic taste away.
