I understand why Sam is upset Julian should never have ask Alexis to defend Carlos which he knows is guilty as Sam has said Jason would have never put her in that position Sam usually help Jason and Sonny but not because she was told/ask to

The difference between Alexis and Sam is that Sam has always been ride or die no matter the legality of it. That's why what Julian is asking Alexis to do is wrong. She's doing something for him that she would never do for herself. Meanwhile, a lot of the things Sam has done for Jason are in-character anyway which is why she doesn't have to wrestle with what she has to do. She just does it.
Did Julian really try to compare himself to Jason?
Jason would never let Sam take the fall for him. Hell even if she killed someone he would say he did it and go to jail for her. Julian is just horrible.
Maybe, I missed it, but did Julian ask Alexis to defend Carlos against her Wishes? I mean, she's defended Killers like Jason and Murderers like Sonny, so why is Sam acting Brand New?!
She's not acting brand new. The man is guilty of trying to murder her daughters father and kidnapping her other daughters boyfriend. What Carlos did directly affected her daughters. You really think that Alexis would really defend Carlos if Julian hadn't put her in that position?
+bautistalover Julian tried to have Ric murdered or set him up... Alexis has no problem with That. Julian had Duke killed, but I guess Alexis has no problem with that either ?
+bautistalover That's why her Daughter Molly hates Julian, because of what he did to HER father. But Alexis didn't care about That affecting her daughter

Idk about Duke, but you have a point about Ric, I always felt she gave Sonny more leeway than Ric. Perhaps she expected better from a well educated man and that why she gives no f***s about what Julian tried to do to him. Maybe she's still holding a grudge about the summer of sleaze.

My main point is Julian shouldn't have put her in the position to choose between protecting her husband and dismissing her daughter's feelings. If I'm not mistaken when she defended Sonny and Jason in the past her daughters weren't going to be victims of fallout the way they would have been had Carlos had been successful or if Jason hadn't shown up.
