I have seen this scene a million times, and sometimes I come back to watch it, just to make me smile... It still my favorite scene ever on any TV show... Samlexis fan for life.

These are my favorite scenes with Sam Alexis & Jason they did an amazing job on that storyline.
The storylines during this period were fantastic
I appreciate that Jason and Alexis were together when Sam passed away. It was a nice homage to this scene.
I agree even though it was Straight BS that after all these year's they decide to Kill off her Character. All the sweat blood tears that Kelly put into making Sam, to diss her like that because of some vendetta is absolute BS. When Billy was let go that's when Sam was no longer Sam, they started to dismantle her Character. Even sh3 said she did not recognize her anymore. The Writers and ABC/Disney Need to be Fired!!!!

GH always had the best background music. Nancy & Kelly gave their A game!
Agreed. So much better than Days of Our Lives w their background music that is louder than the actors and completely overpowers every scene. So cheesy in comparison to GH. GH is the classier soap imo.
@@emmyarellano3704 DAYS does have decent/good background music (especially in comparison to the CBS soaps), but I do agree that they need to work on the sound/audio.

That's my favorite episode of general hospital I feel sorry for sonny because when he found out he had a child with both mother and daughter he was so discussed with himself

I love when Alexis qualifies her words just like an attorney would. She hates Jason, and the danger he puts the women in his life in (funny coming from the mother of one of Sonny's children), but she does manage to choke out some gratitude.

Does anyone know if Alexis ran a DNA test while Sam was in the hospital or did she just take Jason's word that Sam was her daughter? It seems that the lawyer in her would want proof.
Misty Sampson Nicholas donated blood for Sam and it was the perfect match
Sams baby saved Kristina who needed a bone marrow or stem cell transplant to save her, the most likely but still rare match was a family member no one matched in Sonny or Alexis's family, Nikolas and Sam have a rare blood type which also matched for donation, Jason hates her guts but has left sam in hospital to plead with her to spend time with his dying loved one, she's a Cassadine and her father didn't want her to have a baby it's very Cassadine to fake a death and adoption files aren't updated after the death of a child her lawyer brain added up all the facts and went this is my kid.

They had better never retcon Sam and Alexis as mother and daughter. I will riot. I am sure others will too.
The writers kept them mother and daughter which is good.
She finds out her granddaughter died to save her middle daughter and no sign of grief.
What is she supposed to say? She's processing and you can't just form an attachment.
Granddaughter already died at birth. But used her stem cells in the cord to save Christina.

What I didn’t like was how Alexis just tried to take over Sam’s care. Alexis was only Sam’s mom all of 5 minutes. Jason didn’t have to tell Alexis the truth but he did. The thing why I couldn’t get behind Alexis being Sam’s mother at this time because of how she took control of Sam’s life. Alexis should have backed off and tried to actually get to know Sam, but she didn’t.
Sam’s baby didn’t die to save her daughter. She died and then because she died she was able to save Christina. Alexa was processing finding out the daughter she thought was dead was alive but in critical condition. Give her a break.
And of all the rich men in Port Charles the only one she didn't hit on was Nikolas.
And thank god she didn't
