wow the volume on the spencer in this video is phenomenal compared to the one I have. I can barely hear it, and have tried turning the volume up, but that only turns up the tone when the device is dispensing my meds. not sure if this is a machine fault or me doing something wrong.

where can you buy the refill, can you customize the meds in the refill/how much $ is each refill and how does it dispense the meds (in bag or not)?

I get 90 day supplies from my mail order pharmacy. I pour the medication into my HERO. can I get a 90 day supply delivered? I take meds 3-4 times a day. It looks like your meds are in a pill pack. What is the monthly cost for this machine and can I set it up myself?

How does it handle PRN medications

I’m curious about this as well as the ones I want held like I usually ask for the nurse to hold my Lasix if I’m going to be out and may not have access to a bathroom because it makes me have to pee very urgently!

Not perfect but a great concept. For the very old seniors who have no clue about touch, a physical button option would be best. They are used to pushing buttons but I found my 92 yr old mother can't get used to touching a screen. Also, it should be only one touch, not a two step process. Again, confusing for the extreme elderly.

Humans are designed to work with haptic touch in general. I think more than "it being confusing for the elderly". It's extremely important that people know when the button is pushed and when it isn't and a physical button that you can feel really helps that. Plus with a physical button you aren't limited to skin like textures for interface. If for some reason you can't touch the button you can get something TO touch the button. Right now I do tech support for iPhones over the phone and if there was a physical home button a lot of my calls would be simplified simply because it reduces ambiguity.

Mom, can we have Betamax at home?

  • @artemirrlazaris7406

Strange this idea came to me long ago and looked somewhat like that. Its al little beta though and could be better, and day home care nurses could load them for their patients saving time, and could have many added features.
I wonder if we have similar dan or blood, but there is like a pattern of ideas, and then someone else making them, is it out of opportunity? I have tonnes of ideas but without assets or money how does one go about producing something like that? or latest test... strange world indeed.
