People typically bring our own tissues around to wipe mouth etc. Yes, the blowing bose tissue. My USA friend couldn't understand when I used the word tissue. Because we don't use napkins as a word here. And we walk around in t-shirts and shorts, even to most restaurants and high end places. I am sure you saw many. Singapore is just too humid. I just go into a cafe or whatsoever in tank tops and slippers.
